THERE are two William Hill Scottish Cup replays to look at with Aberdeen at Stenhousemuir and QoS v Dundee.
I'm keeping this post brief because the weather forecast is bad and while both matches are on artificial pitches the problems could be on the roads.
The Championship between Ayr and Inverness has a pitch inspection this morning and if it passes I'll add some thoughts on the game. Ayr top scorer Lawrence Shankland is fit again but could start on the bench.
So what of the two Scots ties. Queen of the South were reported to the best side at Dens but missed chances at 1-1 and ultimately had to settle for a draw.
After the 2-1 weekend defeat at Partick Thistle, manager Gary Naysmith said his side are down to the bare bones and that could hand the advantage to Premiership Dundee who are 31-20 at McBookie.
Dundee also lost on Saturday but manager Jim McIntyre was upbeat and insisted his men should have beaten Motherwell. He has stressed he wanted a cup run despite his men fighting the drop.
Both to score at 3-5 with McBookie is a shut and the dangerman for Queens will be Stephen Dobbie who netted the opener in the first leg and the consolation at Firhill. Dobbie is 7-2 at McBookie to score first and just over evens to net at any time.
Aberdeen were shocked by Stenny at home – and won't forget that – but they should make amends tonight.
A 1-1 draw at Pittodrie was inconceivable but the Dons were complacent and boss Derek McInnes will have his side well warned tonight. Back the Dons -1 at 8-15 with bet365 and take Sam Cosgrove to score at 7-5 with McBookie.
