View our expert's Goals Accumulator Tips & Predictions for Saturday which features three sides to score 2+ and a both teams to score selection.
Our Goals Acca Tips are based on statistical analysis of recent performances.
Eintracht Frankfurt vs Mainz – Both Teams to Score
Two sides only separated in the table on goal difference meet at the Deutsche Bank Park as 6th placed Mainz travel to 7th placed Frankfurt.
Frankfurt have been in really good form in the last few weeks, with Oliver Glasner’s side winning five of their last six in the Bundesliga, scoring at least twice in all six of those.
Mainz also come into this in decent nick, winning 4-0 over Hertha Berlin last time out to make it four wins in their last eight, losing only twice in 2-1 defeats away to Bayern and Stuttgart.
With Frankfurt scoring in 13 of their last 14 in the Bundesliga and Mainz scoring in each of their last 10, there’s every chance we’ll see both net here, especially given the fact Frankfurt have kept just two clean sheets all season and Mainz conceding in 6/7 away from home.
Hoffenheim to Score 2+
High flying Hoffenheim will look to collect another three points as they host a Gladbach side that are on a horror run of form.
Hoffenheim came from two down to draw 2-2 away to 3rd placed Leverkusen last time out to extend their unbeaten run to five, after previously winning their last four.
Same cannot be said for Gladbach as their 2-3 defeat at home to Frankfurt made it four defeats on the spin for Adi Hütter’s side which has also seen them concede a whopping 17 goals.
Hoffenheim have won each of their last five at home in the Bundesliga, scoring 2+ in each of them and I’m backing them to score at least twice against this out of form and leaky Gladbach defence.
Zürich to Score 2+
Zürich lead the way in the Swiss Super League and will look to extend their five point advantage as they host an out of form St Gallen side.
Zürich are the form side in Switzerland at the moment, with André Breitenreiter’s side winning each of their last five, scoring 11 goals in those victories.
St Gallen ended their three match losing streak by grabbing a draw at home to Lugano, but it’s now four matches without a win for Peter Zeidler’s side.
Zürich are the only side still unbeaten at home in Switzerland this season, winning 6/8 and I’m backing them to score at least twice against a St Gallen side that’s conceding the second most amount of goals on their travels in the league so far this season.
AZ to Score 2+
After a slow start to the season, AZ seem to have finally hit a bit of form and will look to climb the table by collecting three points against an out of form Willem II side.
AZ come into this in good form, with them unbeaten in their last five in the Eredivisie, winning each of their last three, which includes a tremendous 1-2 victory over Ajax in Amsterdam.
After a strong start to the season, Willem II come into this fixture on a desperate run with them without a win in last nine in the Eredivisie, losing each of their last six.
Despite having an underwhelming season so far, AZ have still been strong at home, winning five of their last six and I’m backing them to score at least twice against a seriously out of form Willem II.
