Saturdays top tips 4

It's FA Cup Final day and Crystal Palace will be out to avoid another dose of Manchester misery at Wembley.

The Eagles have lost their last two appearances in the showpiece to Manchester United, with their 2016 defeat particularly heartbreaking after losing in extra time to a team reduced to 10 men.

Now it's Manchester City standing in Palace's way and lifting the FA Cup will provide a silver lining for Pep Guardiola's men at the end of a disappointing season.

Crystal Palace vs Manchester City top betting tips

Neutrals will be hoping for a repeat of the last meeting between these sides, which City won 5-2 at the Etihad after falling 2-0 behind.

Oliver Glasner's side would have gone 3-0 up that day at the Etihad had a tight offside call not gone against them so they will be confident of causing plenty of problems at Wembley.

The last four meetings have all seen BTTS and over 3.5 goals so it bodes well for a decent watch, although finals can often be an anti-climax with so much at stake.

Backing both teams to score only pays 8/13 at BoyleSports today but adding on over 2.5 goals boosts the odds to 11/10 while BTTS and no draw is a little bigger at 6/4.

The bookies always seem to have Ismaila Sarr at odds-against for a shot on target when Palace aren't favourites, despite the forward netting 11 times this season.

He's 11/10 to test the City keeper today and that looks good value after Sarr scored twice in the semi-final win over Aston Villa.

Palace will be fired up for this one and a double on defenders Tyrick Mitchell and Maxence Lacroix each committing a foul pays a decent 5/2 at Bet365.

Dundee United v Aberdeen top betting tips

The only thing to be decided in the SPFL Premiership today is who hoovers up the final European place, with Dundee United looking to finish the job at home to Aberdeen.

The Dons are already assured of a place in Europe after reaching the Scottish Cup Final but fifth-placed United still have a bit of work to do as they are only one point ahead of St Mirren.

With the Buddies away to champions Celtic, United will probably still be safe but they will want to make 100 per cent sure with a win over the Dons that would move them up to fourth.

Both teams are in dismal form, with United losing every game since the league split and Aberdeen taking 4-0 and 5-1 beatings off the Old Firm in their last two outings.

United edged a terrible game 1-0 when the Dons last came calling so betting against thrills might be the best move. Under 2.5 goals looks good at 11/10 with BoyleSports while the half-time draw pays 6/5 with the same firm.

All three meetings this term have hit double figures for corners, with 19 in the last clash at Pittodrie, so over 11.5 flag kicks could also be worth a punt at 6/4.

Freiburg  vs Eintracht Frankfurt

There's a massive game on the final day of the Bundesliga season as Freiburg look to qualify for the Champions League for the first time in their history with a win over Eintracht Frankfurt.

They currently sit fourth but are just a point ahead of Dortmund, who host relegated Holstein Kiel. So Freiburg probably need a win to get over line while a point will be enough for third-placed Eintracht Frankfurt as they lead Dortmund by three points.

Tension will hang heavy in the air and it will be interesting to see if Frankfurt sit back and play for the stalemate. Freiburg have to go for it so I'm going to back them at -1.5 in the corner handicap, which pays 5/4 at BoyleSports.

The midfield battle will be key and all-action Freiburg star Max Eggestein looks good value at evens with Bet365 to commit a foul.
