UKRAINE and Austria meet in their final Group C game in Budapest locked in a battle for automatic qualification.
Both nations sit on three points each after two games – both beat North Macedonia and both lost to the Netherlands.
And there's always a nagging suspicion a point would do both teams because four points from the group will be enough to get one of the best third place slots, which would mean Austria would go through in third and Ukraine would be runners-up. And that's certainly what the bookies believe.
However, runners-up in the group would have to face the winners of Group A, which is likely to be a rampant Italian team unless Wales stun them.
It would be a tough game to call anyway given how close the sides are matches. Both have struggled defensively, although Ukraine have looked very decent going forward.
With this arguably the weakest group out there because minnows North Macedonia are in it, qualification would be the minimum both sides would expect.
How the bookies view it?
Bookies have factored the draw factor into account – how often is it you see the stalemate at 11/10! Bet365 is the best price for the draw.
Ukraine are 13/5 which looks massive if it didn't have the carve-up factor in it. Austria can be backed at 27/10 with Tonybet.
Recent head to heads
The countries have only met twice in friendlies ten years ago. For what it's worth Austria won 3-2 in Vienna as you can see below.
Players to watch
Gent striker Roman Yaremchuk has already scored twice in this tournament taking his tally for the season with club and country to 27. He's scored in the last three games for Ukraine and looks value at 7/2 with Paddy Power to make it four.
Austria and Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic has been in fine form for his club this season with 20 goals but has yet to make his mark yet at Euro 2020. He's 3-1 with Betway to net in Hungary.
Anything else catch the eye?
It's about how cynical you are about whether this will be a carve-up. The skinny prices on the draw certainly suggest that and of course, Austria were the perpetrators of the biggest carve-up in world football history when they played tippy-tappy football with West Germany at the 1982 World Cup to ensure they both went through.
But this is 2021 and it's hard to believe this will be anything other than a hard-fought game against sides who look like they can score and concede.
Ukraine can't be ignored at that price and there is also value in the both teams to score market at 5/4 with bet365.
Combining a Ukraine win with both teams to score is huge at 15/2 with Paddy Power.
