Sunderland continue their late push for the promotion playoffs as they welcome Huddersfield Town to the Stadium of Light for a midweek Championship fixture. While Huddersfield have shown some good form lately, the Black Cats appear to have hit their stride and should have the upper hand here.

While it was a disappointing outing for Huddersfield Town, the good news is that they still remain just outside the relegation zone, one point above Reading in 22nd. Having claimed three victories and two draws from their previous five matches, manager Neil Warnock will be keen to get things back on track.
Although Huddersfield Town were beaten at Swansea last time out, they have shown some good form on their recent travels. They had beaten Millwall and Watford prior to the defeat in Wales and will be feeling some confidence ahead of the trip to the Stadium of Light.
