RANGERS will look to take advantage of at least one of the top two dropping points on Wednesday night as they welcome Kilmarnock to Ibrox.
Rangers backed up their impressive 1-4 victory away at Nice in the Europa League last Thursday as they ground out a 0-1 win away at St Johnstone to move seven points behind second-placed Aberdeen with a game in hand.
That was just The Gers' second league win away from home this season, with Jason Holt’s own goal being just the third goal they have scored in the Premiership on their travels.
However, Phillipe Clement’s side come into this clash having lost their 100% league record at Ibrox in their previous home fixture, as they could only draw 1-1 with Dundee United.
Kilmarnock did at least put a halt to their three-game losing streak at the weekend, as they drew 1-1 at home to Dundee in a match they missed a couple of guilt-edge chances late on to snatch all three points.
Derek McInnes’s side have actually picked up one more point away from home (7) in the Premiership so far this season than at home (6), but travel to Govan losing each of their past two road trips at Dundee and St Johnstone.
How the bookies view it: Gers clear favourites
Unsurprisingly, The Gers are clear favourites to make it seven wins from eight in the Premiership at home, as they are just 1/4 at Kwiff to claim all three points.
Killie are priced at a massive 13/2 to claim a first win at Ibrox since 2018, whilst the draw is trading at 18/5.

Rangers have been victorious in each of their past seven meetings with Kilmarnock at Ibrox, but did lose 1-0 at Rugby Park in October.
Players to watch: Cerny to continue to score at Ibrox
Czechia winger Vaclav Cerny has been Rangers’ most dangerous player for the last couple of months and has scored six goals in his past five appearances at Ibrox.
Matty Kennedy is Killie’s leading scorer in the Premiership with four goals, and remarkably, all four of those have arrived in the Ayrshire club's past five away matches.

Robin Propper went off injured (again) at St Johnstone and will likely join Neraysho Kasanwirjo, Dujon Sterling, Tom Lawrence, Oscar Cortes and Rabbi Matondo on the sidelines.
Defender Stuart Findlay remains out until the new year, whilst Kyle Magennis will likely be on the sidelines for this one too.

Whilst Rangers have struggled on their travels domestically this season, they had been faultless at home prior to that 1-1 draw against Dundee United, winning each of the other six Premiership matches in front of their supporters by an aggregate score of 14-2.
However, six of those goals came in a 6-0 thrashing of The Staggies back in August at Hampden, with the other five victories featuring fewer than four goals – including all four since their return to Ibrox.
Rangers have won the last seven meetings with the pair at Ibrox, and a low-scoring Gers victory is my preferred way to go against their out-of-form visitors.
