Lille welcome PSG to the Stade Pierre-Mauroy for a Ligue 1 fixture on Sunday with both teams attempting to maintain their 100% record. The Parisians often get the better of their rivals and should have the edge once again.
Lille are enjoying a fine start to the season and are one of four teams still with a 100% record in Ligue 1 after two matches. They picked up a 2-0 victory over Angers in their previous fixture with Thomas Meunier and Mohamed Bayo getting the goals.
Having already been in competition mode thanks to the Champions League qualifiers, Lille head into Sunday’s clash unbeaten in five of their last six matches. However, Bruno Genesio’s men were beaten 2-1 at Slavia Prague in the Champions League playoffs on Wednesday but a 2-0 victory in the first leg meant they still progressed to the group stage.
PSG were in rampant mood last time out in Ligue 1 as they eased to a 6-0 victory over Montpellier. Bradley Barcola netted a brace while Marco Asensio, Lee Kang-In, Warren Zaire-Emery and Achraf Hakimi were also on target.
While PSG are among a number of teams with a 100% record this season, their early season displays already look ominous for the rest of Ligue 1. They have already scored 10 goals in just two matches, with a 4-1 victory at Le Havre preceding the win over Montpellier.

PSG have been installed as overwhelming favourites with a win priced at 19/20 by Betfred. Lille are considered outsiders at home at 11/4 with Betfred, who is also offering odds of 13/5 for a draw.

Jonathan David remains the biggest attacking threat for Lille and could be worth keeping an eye on. The striker has been on target in two of the last three meetings with PSG and is priced at 9/5 by Betfred to find the net once again.

Lille will be without Angel Gomes, Nabil Bentaleb and Samuel Umtiti, who are all sidelined with injury. David is likely to partner Edon Zhegrova in attack while Bafode Diakite should continue at the back.
PSG also have injury problems of their own with Presnel Kimpembe, Lucas Hernandez and Goncalo Ramos all sidelined. Randal Kolo-Muani is likely come in to lead the line after starting on the bench last time out while Barcola should continue in attack.
