With both teams level on six points each heading into their final game of Group G, both Juventus and Manchester City still have plenty to play for when they clash at the Camping World Stadium on Thursday night at the FIFA Club World Cup (CWC).
Indeed, while both teams are already safely through to the knockout stage of the competition, top spot is yet to be decided in the group. Juventus currently occupy it, but only by virtue of scoring more goals than City at this stage.
This is a truly tough one to call in terms of who is going to come out on top. Both sides have won their last four games in all competitions, and have won very convincingly at the tournament with Juventus and City scoring no fewer than nine and eight goals in total in their respective victories.
In terms of H2Hs, Juventus have won the last three, and are unbeaten in the previous five meetings. Nonetheless, it is still hard to separate the two sides heading into this clash.
How the bookies view it: City odds-on favourites
City are actually 7/10 odds-on favourites with BoyleSports to claim all three points. A draw is valued at 5/2 with the same bookmaker, while Juventus are priced out as far as 16/5 for victory.
Given Juve's winning form and unbeaten run against City, the odds seem too kind to back against them. We are going for the draw, which would see them hold onto top spot in the group.
Recent head-to-head: Juventus victorious in UCL
Both teams met in the UEFA Champions League (UCL) earlier this season, with Juventus emerging as 2-0 winners. Dusan Vlahovic and Weston McKennie were on target for the Old Lady in the second half.
Players to watch: Reijnders a familiar foe
Kenan Yildiz scored a brace in Juventus' 4-1 win against Wydad last time out, taking his tally to three for the tournament so far. The tricky forward has now netted in three successive matches, and can be backed to score again at a fairly generous 7/2 with BoyleSports.
Tijjani Reijnders is a familiar foe to the Old Lady having faced them in Serie A with AC Milan, and now the Netherlands international midfielder wears the Sky Blue colours of City.
Predicted lineups
Juan Cabal is Juventus' only notable absentee through injury, otherwise they have a full squad to choose from.
Rico Lewis' suspension got extended, meaning that he will play no part for City.
Juventus: Di Gregorio; Kalulu, Savona, Kelly; Costa, McKennie, Thuram, Cambiaso; Yildiz, Conceicao; Kolo Muani.
Manchester City: Ederson; Nunes, Akanji, Dias, Gvardiol; Reijnders, Rodri; Savinho, Foden, Marmoush; Haaland.
Anything else catch the eye?
Only Bayern Munich (12) have scored more goals than Juventus (nine) and City (eight) at the CWC so far at the time of writing, and so we could see a complete scoring fest between two of the biggest heavyweights of the competition. Over 3.5 total goals can be backed at a rather healthy 15/8 with BoyleSports.
