PARTICK THISTLE have been in great form recently and travel to the Highlands full of confidence to face Caley Thistle on Friday night.
The Jags have been flying since the appointment of club legend Kris Doolan who took over from Ian McCall who was sacked in bizarre circumstances hours after a brave 3-2 defeat at Rangers in the Scottish Cup.
And while that episode saw Thistle receiving plenty of criticism, there can be no arguments about the job Doolan has done since. The Maryhill side have managed three wins and three draws and conceded just one goal in those six games.

Inverness are an outfit that are hard to read. They have managed to reach the Scottish Cup semi-final despite losing to Queen's Park, who were later eliminated after fielding an ineligible player and they defeated Premiership sides Kilmarnock and Livingston to get there.
But Billy Dodds' side have suffered through injuries and inconsistencies all season and are in no-man's land for both promotion and relegation.
