Germany Women will take on Spain Women on Wednesday, 23 July in the second Women's Euros semi-final.
The winner of the clash will earn their place in the final on Sunday against the winners of the other semi-final between England Women and Italy Women.
Both teams have had different paths to the final, with Spain cruising to the last four and Germany bumbling their way there.
How the bookies view it: Spain start as the odds-on favourites
Spain Women have been the best team at the tournament so far, so it's no surprise to see that they have been priced as the odds-on favourites to win this semi-final. BoyleSports have priced a Spain win at 4/9, while a victory for Germany has been priced at 9/2. The draw, which would take the match to extra time, has been priced at 10/3.
Head to head: Advantage Germany
Although Germany Women are considered major underdogs for this match, they haven't lost any of their last five matches against Spain Women. The Germans have also come out on top in the biggest matches involving the two nations, including the bronze medal match at the 2024 Olympics and a group stage match at Euro 2022.
Players to watch: Spanish flair vs German grit
Spain Women have been utterly breathtaking going forward throughout the tournament and there are a number of players who you could pinpoint as their biggest threat.
However, the player that seems to make them tick is Alexia Putellas. The two-time Ballo d'Or winner had a stellar season for Barcelona, and she has carried that into the tournament. Over her four appearances at Euro 2025, Putellas has scored three goals and registered four assists.
If Germany can find a way to prevent her from running the game, then they might have half a chance but nobody has managed to do that so far.
Germany's key player on the night will be Lea Schuller. The Bayern Munich striker has scored 12 goals in her last ten appearances for club and country, including two at the Euros. Spain are going to score goals on Tuesday, so Germany will need to fight fire with fire through Schuller.
Predicted line-ups
Germany are missing three key players for this match, with captain Guilia Gwinn out injured and Kathrin Hendrich and Sjoeke Nusken both ruled out through suspension. Spain Women are missing only one player – Laia Aleixandri for accumulating too many yellow cards at the tournament.
Germany Women: Berger – Wamser, Kleinherne, Minge, Knaak, Kett – Lohmann, Sens, Buhl, Brand – Schuller
Spain Women: Coll – Batlle, Paredes, Mendez, Olga – Patri, Putellas, Bonmati – Mariona, Gonzalez, Pina
Anything else catch the eye?
Spain Women have run rampant in every match they've played at the tournament so far, scoring 16 goals across their four matches. Although Switzerland managed to keep them to under three goals in the quarter-finals, recent history suggests they won't fail to hit that tally two games running. Spain Women to score over 2.5 goals has been priced at 11/8 by BoyleSports.
