CELTIC entertain St Mirren in a Scottish Cup Saturday night showdown, with the Saints looking to repeat a famous win back in September.
The Hoops have lost just one game all season domestically – out of 29 games – and that came in Paisley in what was a huge shock.
Since then, Ange Postecoglou has been at the wheel of a Celtic juggernaut that appears to be showing precious few signs of slowing down.
It doesn't seem to matter who he picks, the squad he has assembled is so strong, they almost inevitably cruise to victory. St Mirren were themselves dismantled in the east end of Glasgow 4-0 a few weeks ago.
Stephen Robinson's side have had an excellent season and could finally break their top six hoodoo, but this is a huge ask for them. Basically, they would need a massive Celtic off-day and for them to reach bigger heights than ever before.
Added to St Mirren's woes is the fact they are far stronger in Renfrewshire than on their travels, having won only two league games away from home this season.
But they are well organised and are likely as any other team outside Rangers to give Celtic something approaching a challenge on their home patch.
How the bookies view it
Celtic are the usual strong favourites here and 1/5 looks about the best proce with UniBet. Saints can be backed at 14/1 with Coral and the draw is 6/1 with McBookie.com.
Recent head to heads
As stated, Celtic won 4-0 last month in Glasgow, but Saints stunned the Hoops with a 2-0 win in Paisley in September.
St Mirren did win 2-1 at Parkhead two years ago in front of an empty stadium.
Players to watch
Kyogo Furuhashi is just about unplayable for defenders at the moment. The Japanese ace has 22 goals for the season including six goals in his last five games. He is odds-on though at 8/11 to score anytime with Ladbrokes.
Curtis Main has been in excellent form for Saints recently. The former Aberdeen and Motherwell striker has scored three goals in his last three games and is 24/5 to net with William Hill.
Anything else catch the eye?
At this moment, barring a footballing miracle, it's near-impossible to make a case for Celtic losing a domestic game, especially at their home ground.
They've won their last five games in all competitions at home without conceding a goal and that seems to be the sensible way to go here. A Celtic win to nil is 21/20 with McBookie.com and that seems fair enough.
They've also won their last six home games with at least a two-goal margin and with the attacking options in their team, it's hard to see them not score a few here too.
Celtic to win minus two goals is 6/4 with McBookie.com too and that could easily come up.
