Brentford have a decent recent record in the EFL Cup and are hot favourites to see off Leyton Orient in this London derby as the third round gets underway.
The Bees reached the semi-finals of this competition as a Championship club four years ago and followed that up by reaching the last eight in the following season.
But they've fallen in the third round for the last two years so will be out to make amends when they take on the League One outfit.
Leyton Orient have already defied the odds in a London derby in this season's EFL Cup, having won 1-0 on the road at Championship side Millwall in the last round.
That came after Richie Wellens' side also battered Newport 4-1 in the first round but their league form has been poor with Orient stuck in the drop zone.

It's no surprise to see Brentford as odds-on favourites for this one at 1/6 to go through and 3/10 for a win inside 90 minutes. Leyton Orient are 7/2 to march on and the odds increase to 15/2 if you back them to win in normal time.

These sides haven't faced off for a decade thanks to Brentford's impressive rise up the leagues. They were both in League One back then, with Orient winning 2-0 away from home but Brentford getting their revenge with a 1-0 win in the reverse fixture.
The Bees hold the edge in the overall head-to-head, winning 22 games against Orient and losing 15. The other 12 meetings have ended in draws.
Players to watch: Kevin sent for Brentford
I'd imagine Brentford boss Thomas Frank will change his side around a bit, with this game coming between two important Premier League matches. Kevin Schade started up front in the last round against Colchester so might be the best bet for a goal once that market is priced up.
Daniel Agyei has been something of an EFL Cup talisman for Leyton Orient, netting against both Newport County and Millwall. He looks their best chance of causing another upset in Brentford.

Frank should make changes for Brentford and I'd expect a similar line-up to the one that started against Colchester. Leyton Orient should be close to their strongest team as they bid to cause another upset.

This looks like a bridge too far for Leyton Orient in the Carabao Cup so I'd imagine Brentford should win pretty comfortably. The League One side lost to Arsenal's U21s in the EFL Trophy recently, bringing up one of our Super Singles, and going up against a top-flight first-team is a step up in class.
Backing the Premier League side for a win to nil looks good at 6/5 while Brentford -1 in the handicap pays a decent 19/20. The League One side will probably set up to frustrate so betting on most goals coming after the break might also pay off at 21/20.
