Blackpool welcome Championship side Sheffield Wednesday to Bloomfield Road for a EFL Cup third round clash. The League One side have shown some good form lately, beating a Championship club last time out and will be confident of getting past Sheffield, who have been out of sorts lately.
Blackpool have come through the first two rounds of the League Cup this season, doing some giant killing along the way. They claimed a 2-1 victory at Championship side Blackburn Rovers in the previous round to book a place in Tuesday’s clash.
