ARSENAL face a date with destiny as their title hopes come down to the wire in a final-day showdown with Everton.
After Gunners fans turned Spurs supporters for the day in ultimately unsuccessful hope that they would take something from Manchester City in midweek, they now need favours from an off-form West Ham United at the Etihad, after falling two points behind.
Funny things happen under pressure and that's what Arsenal will cling to, but first, they must take care of their own business when Everton visit north London.
And it may not be the formality that many expect, including the layers. After a roller coaster of a season marred by points deductions and various off-field problems, Everton are finishing like the proverbial steam train.
They've won four of their last five games including memorably for their fans, a win over Liverpool at Goodison Park which pretty much ended their lingering title hopes. And they have only conceded one goal on that run.

Expect tears and heartache at the Emirates with Arsenal set to fulfil their end of the deal, but highly unlikely to receive the favour they crave from West Ham.
