THE battle for the world No.1 spot heats up today with both Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray beginning their Paris Masters title tilt.
Djokovic, playing his first event since losing in the Shanghai Open semis a fortnight ago, is still top of the pile and takes on Gilles Muller, who has lost all three previous meetings without winning a set.

@nick have you noticed how much PP have upped their totals today? Players like Davis, DeRozan, Lillard etc are all really high. No props for Joel Embiid either now. Will try and have a good scope for something tonight,
I’m not sure mate, I tend to stay away from the main guys and go for the lower props. Been on Sergio Rodriguez and Zach LaVine recently. Great shout on Embiid was gutted for him at the end though, 2 turn overs and tipping the ball to Ibaka for the game winning freethrows. Also Embiid is being rested tonight, saying that though the bookies usually still put his line up.

Props hard to come by in my honest opinion tonight so taking to alternate lines from two games.
Portland head to Phoenix on b2b nights for the Trail Blazers. Both teams are in the top five at points against per game, with both running two of the fastest paced offenses so far. Should be a high scorer and I’m taking Over 207.5. Devin Booker is a GTD but happy with taking it either way.
Atlanta host the LA Lakers in what they should win fairly easily. Despite their obvious talent the Lakers are still very young and it will take some time before they start winning multiple games. Should be tough in Atlanta who are giving up a league best 88 points per game. LA are leaking the most points in the paint so expect Howard to have a decent night, but his 28.5 points and rebounds line with PP seems a bit high in what could be a blowout.
