THE OPEN didn't disappoint as Francesco Molinari took advantage of a collapse by a host of Americans to grab the glory at Carnoustie.
On a thrilling final day Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy led at various stages but in the end, had to bow down the faultless play of the Italian who started out a 33-1 chance despite being one of the form players.
Defending champion Jordan Spieth had a shocking final round to beat my double but Ace's single won thanks to Erik van Rooyen.
I didn't do anything on the football on Sunday but hats off to HullShaker who made it seven wins out of eight to complete a fantastic weekend.
Not much for me to look at on Monday so it will be a no-bet day ahead of a busy midweek card.
Well done to all yesterday's winners and good luck on Monday.
Advised Accas (from July 17): -5.7pts
Over in Sweden one of the 6pm games stand out. Not a great price but should land..
***
Norkopping v Elfsborg Over 2.5 Goals @ 1.68
***
9/10 H2Hs seen over 2.5 Goals.
3/5 Norkopping games gone Over 2.5 Goals and 3/4 Elfsborg games gone Over 2.5
From end of yesterday’s thread:
WON :-)
Off to Chile, hopefully with some of the winnings from Paraguay. Again, head to head records and recent form point to goals.
***Uni de Chile v Hauchipato OVER 2.5 GOALS @ 1.8***
13/15 meetings have seen Over 2.5 Goals – that’s 87% of the matches that have done so. Most recent was a 1-0 but I sense that can be ignored here.
Recently both teams have played Chilean Cup games whilst league on a break. 5/6 Uni de Chile games went Over 2.5 and they scored 2+ each time. Hauchipato’s Cup games saw 4/6 games go over 2.5 Goals.
In the league. 6/7 Uni de Chile homes gone Overs and it’s sane for the away side.
Uni de Chile have Pinilla (ex Hearts?) now up front for them. 7 goals in 10 games. He’s massively experienced in Serie A. They’ve also Beausejour (ex Birmingham and Wigan and Chile international). Pizzaro, Jaro, Rodriguez other excellent players all be it old but played in Italy.
Very confident of 3+ match goals here. 3-1 or 2-1 Win for home side
+6.4 units. Yankees game was postponed.
July totals:
MLB profit:+36.1 units
Total profit: +126.4 units
I’ve not been on for awhile but check in every day, your good self&hullshakers tips are outstanding,my betting account has steadily been rising these past few days, you both deserve a pat on the back, best wishes
Thanks appreciate it from you both. Tips will be going up a bit later tonight, around 5pm probably
Outstanding contributions
Massive kudos for the tips, some great betting at the weekend
Keep up the good work @tennisace. ?
Well done Hullshaker, well done Tennisace on your singles, cracking stuff.
Yes well done to the both of you ..?????????????
Ace, wld i be right in saying that ur selection with the most points on wld be ur “Nap” & NB (next best) & so on … ?
If not ? Is this something u wld consider?
Cheers.
Thanks all. In a way @bluemooner1894. The tip I put the most units on is my most confident play but the idea is to follow the stakes as Ive had cases where my ‘NAP’ lost but was bailed by the others.
Equally the units are pretty similar, if you look at last night, 6 units, 5 units and 4 units so its hard to call it a NAP I guess unless its 10 units. But it is done on a confidence basis
Cheers 4 the reply mate ?
Indonesia is a very tight league that home advantage is a big factor, only 13 points separate 18 teams at the half way stage. The home teams average 2.01pts per game and only 5 of 18 sides have won more than once on the road from a minimum 8 games.
Persula Lamongan are Evens at home too a poor travelling Madura. Persula have 5 wins and 3 draws from 8(F17 A5) at home while Madura have 1 win, 2 draws and 5 defeats (F5 A15). The home side are Evens but they’ve won they’re last 4 at home 2-0,3-1,4-1 & 2-0. Small stakes gamble on the home side – 1 and potting both halves
Persula Lamongan too score in both halves 2/1
Persula Lamongan – 1 @3/1 (9:30am)
Early CL bet for tomorrow
Astana v Midtjylland 14.00 KO 5/4
Surprised by these prices going by Astana record at home and how they’ve done against bigger teams in Europe. Beating Celtic 4-3 last yr as well as home draws with Galatasary, Atletico Madrid, Benfica & Celtic in recent yrs. Wouldn’t be surprised if they go odds on before KO
Astana to win 5/4 NAP
Astana to score 2+ 5/4 NB
That mobs loaded Alves, they’re owned by a sovereign wealth fund with assets that wid make yer eyes water… $100 billion worth. A club with that wealth situated in a better league too attract better players would rise quickly. I’m with you on the home win ?
Aye there a decent team Mr H, AEK awaits in CL after Rosenberg game. Glad avoided Zagreb/Beer Sheva for now, tough games but feeling confident about both games. Home 1st game again, clocking up the miles in qualifliers again ?
7/4 for Astana win & to score 2+ on 365 betbuilder
Just seen the draw there sir, happy enough with AEK if we get past Rosenborg which I’m confident about.
Midfield too front we are strong, infact up top we have 2 strikers together at a level that ain’t been seen, dare I mention it….. since MON’s days and Sutton, Hartson & God. Plus a fit Griffiths ain’t too shabby. I wish they would go and find a ball winning centre half that can dominate… someone of the same ilk as Balde, not the greatest with the ball at his feet but dominated just about every opponent physically and in the air.
Defo need defenders, Lustig probably last yr & Boyata/Simu could be away if decent offers come. Need them before 3rd round if we get through, 12 gls they conceded in 30 league games last season so need to keep it tight at back
Boyata and Simunovic can go if decent none comes in. Big sicknotes injury prone and his red card was stupid. Boyata has had 1 good season and played in the World Cup against Panama,Tunisia and a weakened England. I prefer Ajer too either those two. We need an experienced ball winner too educate Ajer and Hendry on the park as a route will in training.
Lustig will be a squad player for the rest of his time now, between full /wingback or a third central defender.
Champions should be straight in and the remainder should play qualifiers respective of their country. Its called equality but apparently that doesn’t apply too the CL but that’s another argument
The CL is all about money – that should be obvious by now.
@mr h if we had the champions of each league coming straight into the champions league then it wouldn’t be what it is now,i mean Nk Maribor and Slovan Bratisava,Celtic and the rest of the little league’s wouldn’t make for entertaining viewing and as Mr f has stated it’s all about money, none of the above team realistically will ever win it,i agree with your first statement that champions should go straight in but that would be unfair and there would be some major scorelines,my own opinion is the winners of the minor leagues such as Slovenia and Scotland should go straight through to the Waffa cup group stages and then at least they would get a chance to win european honours and maybe get a crack at champions league that way,i can see this happening to be honest.
Bit of a disappointing weekend for myself, one of those where it’s a goal or two short of being a full house.
Danish picks falling just short, in hindsight, should’ve gone BTTS only.

Thats all guys hope it makes sense.
Yankees -1.5 price has dropped like a rock in the past hour-Still take it, But I know many of you are going to want a bet around evens so my advice would simply be to find something very short you like to pair it with.
Taken L.A. Dodgers -1.5,been on ur -1.5tips as singles, some tipping cause my account shows v.good reading for once
Its been really good…until today. Just one of those days with unexplainable results. Sorry.
Afternoon gents,
Cheers Mr F – some great winners for the site over the weekend and happy to be able to play a part!
WILSTERMANN VS. BLOOMING (2000 KO):
Aside from the eary Icelandic betting days and the never-to-be-topped NZ Youth matches a few years back, one of the biggest cash-cows has been the Bolivian top flight and one team in particular have achieved cult status in my notebook…the mighty Wilstermann.
Such was their success, I decided to show my appreciation with a subtle “Viva Wilstermann” tattoo on my right shoulderblade –
Craneguy wanted in on the Bolivian ‘tat’ act too and in a drunken moment of sincerity he had a giant “Up the Strongest” inked onto his sphincter muscle.
Jorge have ripped up the domestic form and singlehandedly bridged the La Paz powerstruggle between Bolivar and The Strongest this last 18 months and have done so without the bookies really giving them the credit they deserve.
Will they fare as well this campaign? Time will tell but they have invested heavily in infastructure and the tail-end of the most recent season showed no signs of a let-up in capacity.
Tonight’s visitors are Blooming in name but not form; they conceded 4-3-3-4 in their last 4 but did string together a decent run prior to that albeit against primarily weaker opposition than the team they face tonight.
Jorge have put 6 team goals past them already in 2018 (1-3 and 3-0) and will no doubt be looking to get off to a flyer once again…well worth remembering they absolutely loved an early goal during the most recent Apertura campaign:
Two selections worth considering:
WILTERMANN GOAL BEFORE 33:00…5/6
(Bet365)
???
WILTERMANN OVER 2.5 TGS…5/4
(Bet365)
???
Best of luck ??
Oh yes shall be on the Jorge too. GL!
Good luck Hull, well done on the weekend picks, following the Jorge here, here’s hoping ?

Cheers
Sorry KF only just seen your post…it wasn’t one that looked great for goals tbh and probably would have advised so but looks like its going to see a few..Keflavik are dump mind!
No joy in Sweden. Off to Iceland for some CORNERS. You seem some ridiculous corner counts in this league. Matches go 20+ at times. I sense it’s due to many teams lacking quality in attack.
Grindavik v Keflavik Over 10.5 Corners @ 5/6
Small stakes on
12.5+ @ 21/10
13.5+ @ 10/3
14.5+ @ 5/1
11 Corners – above bet wins :-)
18mins to play. Hopefully a few more
Spot on with corners mate. But alas 888 don’t offer corners.
No joy with the early Wilstermann goal…gonna have to go some to see the other pick land!
Back to earth with a bump…total crapola in Bolivia ??
Blooming frustrating SHAKER
