MY German both to score treble won yesterday and I've picked out a Sunday fourfold from matches in Spain, France and Italy.
The two Bundesliga games – Hamburg v Hoffenheim and Cologne v Hertha Berlin – have chances too and other games I considered were Excelsior v PSV, Villarreal v Sevilla and Burnley v Arsenal.
But I'm starting the line with Valencia v Barcelona. Valencia trail their rivals by four points at the top and are on a run of eight wins.
They're a big price to win and I wouldn't rule out a draw but btts looks the best bet. They have netted 16 goals at home and seven out of eight meetings at the Mestalla have brought up this market.
Barca rested Lionel Messi for the 0-0 Champions League draw at Juventus and that shows what they think about this one. Valencia also gave some players a break last weekend.
The top two also meet in France with Monaco trailing PSG by six points. Monaco have done well this season despite flogging star man Kylian Mbappe to their rivals and Radamel Falcao has stepped up with 13 goals in 10 games.
They've dropped just two points in front of their home fans and should test visitors who averaged 3.7 goals this season – although two matches against Celtic boosted that figure. So much attacking talent on show should lead to goals.
Stay in France and add Nice v Lyon. Mario Balotelli netted two in the Europa League in midweek and returns from a league ban as does Lyon's star man Nabil Fekir who missed last week's 0-0 draw at Marseille. Five of seven meetings have gone over 2.5 goals.
Compete the fourfold with Lazio v Fiorentina. The last three meetings in Rome have gone over 3.5 goals and both are high scorers who like to attack.
