The Hammers needed a last-minute equaliser and extra-time winner to get past sixth-tier Kidderminster Harriers at this stage of the competition a year ago so shouldn't be taking this one lightly but in-form Derby could make it a tricky night.
Like Wrexham yesterday the best option could be to back Derby on the Double Chance market where they're available at 11/10 with SBK.
