May 4: Real Madrid v Man City Betting Preview

ONE man shouldn't make a team but in the case of Real Madrid it does.

They have galacticos galore but one stands head and shoulders above the rest. Last week I said to take Man City not to lose if Cristiano Ronaldo failed to make it and the game was a damp squib of a 0-0 draw.

Real should finish the job in the Bernabeu with Ronaldo having been declared “100 per cent fit”. He is 17-20 with William Hill to add his 16 Champions League goals this season and set up an all-Madrid final.

Real are 8-15 with McBookie to win tonight and 4-9 with the likes of bet365 to qualify. City are 6-1 with bet365 to triumph at the Bernabeu and 19-10 with William Hill to qualify.

So Real are heavy favourites and with Ronaldo back I reckon they'll justify the odds.

Gareth Bale could also play a vital part with Karim Benzema ruled out. The Wales star has hit four in four games and is 7-5 at Ladbrokes to score.

Don't judge City on Sunday's Southampton shocker – that was with a weakened team although David Silva injury keeps him out.

If City are to win they'll need a big display from Sergio Aguero who has been brilliant in the Premier League but ordinary in Europe.

In fact he's gone seven hours and 12 minutes without a goal since scoring in the first leg of the last-16 tie against Dynamo Kiev.

Aguero is 12-5 with 888sport to hit the target and possibly fire City to an improbable final place. Just to score a priceless away goal you can have 4-7 at Ladbrokes.
