LIVERPOOL are 8-1 with Ladbrokes to top the Premier League table at any point during the last game of the season but I can't see it.

The title race looks all but over with Manchester City long odds-on at 1-50, shorter odds are offered about Liverpool coming in with a sniff of glory at some point in the afternoon and they remain 18-1 to finish first.

Despite the odds suggesting the title is out of their reach Liverpool's hotshot strikers are anticipated to be among the goals until the end with Luis Suarez the 20-1 favourite at Ladbrokes to get the last goal of the entire season. Daniel Sturridge can be backed at 25-1 for the same honour.

Several players rumoured to be leaving their clubs this summer may also line up for their current teams for the last time with Chelsea's Ashley Cole just 1-10 at Ladbrokes to make his last appearance in blue on Sunday.

It's 1-3 Adam Lallana leaves Southampton this summer with Rio Ferdinand 1-4 to move on. Despite being odds on to be on the plane for Brazil Ross Barkley is still 2-1 to leave Everton in the same time frame.

In reality all that's left in the title race is the i's to be dotted and the t's crossed with City needing a point to clinch top spot tomorrow and Norwich joining Fulham and Cardiff in the Championship after failing to put double figures past Arsenal.

Man City should lift the title in style with a home win against West Ham and are no bigger than 1-6 to do so at Betfred. Suarez bagged the Player of the Year awards but Yaya Toure is possibly the standout performer of the season.

He netted against Aston Villa in midweek and best bet could be Toure to hit the target again at 11-10 with Coral. Edin Dzeko grabbed the opener in the 4-0 romp and is 7-2 at bet365 to break the deadlock tomorrow.

The atmosphere at Anfield will be flat for the visit of Newcastle but I expect Brendan Rodgers's side to finish on a high. Liverpool will be gutted at throwing a chance to lift the championship but will be consoled by second place and a return to the Champions League.

They are 2-9 with Betfred and should win by at least three and that returns 13-10 with Paddy Power.

Almost every game is a dead rubber but with Hull set to rest players ahead of the FA Cup Final I'll be on Everton at 21-10 with Betfred.

Spurs will be well backed at 8-15 with Coral and Paddy Power to see off Aston Villa at home while Crystal Palace can finish on a high with a win at London rivals Fulham. Palace are 7-4 at Betfred, Ladbrokes and others.

It seems an age ago but I can still remember Man United's 5-5 draw at West Brom in Sir Alex Ferguson's final match in charge. United go to Southampton for Ryan Giggs's last game as caretaker boss and in a relaxed atmosphere it could be another goalfest.

Saints are 13-8 with Ladbrokes to win but I'll be looking at over 3.5 goals at 7-4 (various).

The 8/1 about Liverpool topping the table at any time is value if you were considering backing West Ham scoring first in their game against City which is 3/1. I expect Liverpool to carve Newcastle apart easily enough and get their usual goal inside 20 mins.
Personally I can’t see it happening myself either.

Centrecircle, surely it will be flat unless West Ham take the lead. You should have had that title in the bag.

Liverpool should have had the title in the bag, everyone apart from Brendan Rodgers knew in the Chelsea game that they would park the bus, if Liverpool had also parked the bus and taken a draw it would be an entirely different scenario tomorrow.

Mr F Valladolid is a bit of a strange bet to take on at evens considering they have only won one away game all season isn’t it? Palace or Everton would have been much better value in my opinion.

hammer, I like all three so pick the one you fancy most. Valladolid have been hard to beat recently and will fancy their chances here.

Liverpool -3 @ 3/1 is the bet of the day I think. It was 6-0 in this fixture at the end of last season and Pool have improved hugely since while Newcastle have probably got worse by selling Cabaye. I’ll be putting it in a treble with 2 brilliantly priced away teams; Everton (1/1) and Arsenal (10/11). Hull have been in poor form of late and will surely be resting players before the cup final. Arsenal will rest players aswell but should still have more then enough to see off relegated Norwich. I also like the look of over 3.5 in the United game and a draw in WBA/Stoke… For goalscorers, I’ll be backing Suarez, Dzeko, Eto’o and Barkley anytime. Best of luck tomorrow guys

Am I getting this right? Liverpool to be top of the league at any stage today is 8-1 at Ladbrokes? So if the scourers take the lead in the first ten/twenty minutes and man citeh dont its a winner? 8-1?? Thats gotta be worth a tenner surely?

Sorry just realised Liverpool need man citeh to lose!! Thought it was too good to be true!!!

Robbo, it might be worth to risk a wee fiver on it, as it only takes 1 mistake from city to concede and if Liverpool are going for it big time, you never know, in live play, Liverpool can top the table, even if it is for only a short time….Personally, ive a couple of quid on Liverpool & R Madrid to win their leagues at odds of 667/1……Wont happen, but as I said, you never know !!!!!!!!

I look at the value for bets today and here are my selections after looking at last seasons results on the final day I am aware that man city lost 3-2 at home to norwich which not many would have seen.

I would bet against the ‘predictable’ in the less ‘meaningful matches imho.

    Value Play
Looking at the games I can see Aston Villa or Hull as the surprise of the day to win both prices too big
Villa double chance at 8/5 is TOO big for an over 60% chance.

I side with HULL to win at 7/2 at home .

    ANYTIME GOAL SCORERS
Kevin nolan scored a hat trick last season on last day and taking him to get a goal anytime 15/2

Hulls Jelavic anytime 2/1 v his old club i am also going 2 or more at 16/1 generous offer

IVANOVIC at chelsea 12/1 anytime v cardiff is a great price as Cardiff concede alot from cornners and Ivanovic is playing

And my final bet is Rickie Lambert 7/5 anytime he scored last match of last season and also is hoping to secure a place in england world cup squad.

    Correct score

I fancy a 2-2 or 3-3 to happen today (last day last season we had a 5-5 and a 2-2)
its last season fun and taking the most likely matches imo for this score

    WBA v Stoke
    Fulham v Palace
    Spurs v Villa
    Sunderland Swansea
    Southampton Man Utd
    Norwich v Arsenal

Just need one to land and in profit

Well for me on last day saw the 2-2 correct score 16/1 and Rickie Lambert anytime 7/5

    how everyone else get on??

    Derby v Brighton
2 players are value for money as anytime scorers:

Jeff Hendrick anytime for Derby @ 7/1 has a goal scoring ability and stand out price @ will hills

George Thorne Anytime midfielder with a sweet shot and a threat at set pieces 14/1

Both value for an anytime goal

    Arsenal @ 8/11Match Won
    Norwich v Arsenal
    Tottenham @ 8/15 Won
    Tottenham v Aston Villa
    Chelsea @ 4/9 Won
    Cardiff v Chelsea
    Stoke @ 11/5 Won
    West Brom v Stoke
    Man City @ 1/6 Won
    Man City v West Ham

And now Hendrick for 7/1 anytime lands

    14/1 and 7/1

it was a difficult one. could have went any way.

a bore draw as they both have nothing to play for.

a win for sunderland as theyll want to keep momentum

or a win for swansea as they have a new manager to instill that kick up the erse that theyre playing for their future over the summer, as you said.

awk well, always world cup and im going for a germany brazil final with a correct score of 2-0. take a note of this and watch out for it :) lol
