A combination of extremely short-priced favourites against unknown quantities and early in the season at that suggests punters should be playing it safe.
One visitor to this site flagged up Dutch cracks Twente who are at home to Andorrans Santa Coloma but best price is 1-66 at Coral and Betfred. Even looking at HT/FT the home side are just 1-10 at bet365 and BetVictor and I was finding it tough to find a decent over goals price.
Norwegian big guns Rosenborg are almost backable at 1-4 with sportingbet away to Irish side Crusaders.
And another Irish outfit St Patrick's should see off IBV and are 11-20 at bet365 to do so.
KuPS can take care of Welsh minnows Llanelli at home but are no bigger than 2-7 with Ladbrokes.
Finns MyPa should see off another Welsh side Cefn Druids but are just 1-3 at Coral.
I'm considering a hefty treble on Rosenborg, MyPa and St Pat's but I'll have another look to see if I can spot something better.

Paul, The Twente game is an absolute goldmine if you can find a handicap market. This team were runners up in Andorran league and the champions of Andorra almsot got double figured against a poor opposition in the champions league qualifier the other night. I honestly think covering correct score from 10-0 through to 16-0 has a shout. I know 10-0 is 50/1 and 11-0 is 100/1 so they would maybe need to phone through the price for you. Twente are a class act and this is effectively a pub team cant wait to see the score at the end!
Ryan, best firm for these games are bet365 who do the over inrunning. Twente should win by loads if they are in the mood. I’ve seen some daft prices today and I’d be looking at Crusaders v Rosenborg and Druids v MyPa. The Irish and Welsh teams are fairly weakened by all accounts and against good opposition.

Guy, playing Clydebank tomorrow in the Clydebank FC fundraiser and Campsie on Monday in the Daily Record outing then on holiday next week so will get a few games in. Haven’t been anywhere near Inverness but might head up to Castle Stuart for the Scottish Open next weekend.
