TUESDAY'S tips made up for a poor weekend and it was great to pick three anytime scorers who netted first.
By the comments plenty of you backed Christian Benteke, Gary Hooper and Jordan Rhodes on both markets with my first-scorer treble paying 71-1 and the anytime part returning about 11-1.
I'd love to perform a repeat tonight but obviously there aren't as many games to pick from. If pressed my Yankee (11 bets) would be Swansea's Michu v Chelsea, Arsenal's Theo Walcott v West Ham, Porto's Jackson Martinez at Setubal and Cristiano Ronaldo at Valencia.
Last night's Coppa Italia semi-final had a dramatic finish when Lazio equalised at Juventus. The second semi tonight promises to be just as closely fought when Roma entertain Inter Milan for the second time in a week.
It was 1-1 in the league at the Olympic Stadium and I like the look of under 2.5 goals at 13-8 with Paddy Power.
Both sides have injury problems and it looks another draw (3-1, various) to me which would leave it balanced on a knife-edge going into the second leg.
Francesco Totti hit the opener last weekend and is 5-1 at Ladbrokes, bet365 and William Hill to do so again.
Two more sides who met at the weekend play in the Spanish Cup quarter-final second leg. Real won the first leg 2-0 at home then stunned Valencia with a 5-0 romp in the league – with all of the goals coming in a one-sided first half.
Valencia won't fancy another meeting but will know real won't play the same way. They were fired up from the start but tonight they don't even need to score.
However, the last three meetings of the sides at the Mestalla have produced 19 goals so it would be churlish to expect a tame affair although the absence of star striker Roberto Soldado is a hugh blow to Valencia's hopes.
Again a draw at 10-3 at William Hill would be no surprise and it will be interesting to see of Jose Mourinho puts out a full-strength side. If he does look at Cristiano Ronaldo, who fired a weekend double, to bag the opener at 13-5 at BetVictor and bet365.
It looks like I'm sitting on the bench tonight but the other Spanish Cup clash between Sevilla and Zaragoza could also be a draw. The first game finished 0-0 and 10 of the 12 games both sides have played recently have finished under 2.5 goals with the other two seeing exactly three goals.
I'm staying clear of Coupe de France matches after Nantes let me down last night while Porto are a best odds of about 1-4 at Setubal in the league. It's no value so consider the prolific Jackson Martinez at 3-1 with the likes of William Hill to score first.

For PSG, some major players will be missing. Thiago Silva is injured for around 3 weeks, so is Alex and Camara their substitute got injured in last win in Bordeaux. Armand should be the one playing center back with Sakho. Ibrahimovic is suspended so Gameiro will be given some time to show what he can bring. He’s been pretty efficient so far with 5 goals notched for only 3 games as a starter. And Ancelotti has decided to give Lucas Moura some rest.

The 36-year-old free agent, who has one England cap, has joined up with Gary Smith’s npower League 1 squad to bring up his fitness levels.

Valencia goal was really soft, went under the keeper as he dived, Real Madrid keeper is shocking, iker had to go off in the 1st half, both teams are having ago, Real still look very dangerous, but on the attack Valencia are making the extra man count !

Eamonn, we’re not sending it out at the moment but when it resumes you’ll receive it having signed up. On the free newsletter there was nothing that was on the site. There were different bets, Asian handicap, teams to score two or more etc and some stats and other info.

I agree I found the whole drama highly comical and amusing. Just about made the match worth watching, because other than that it was an awful spectacle at best. The ‘kid’ needs to be taught a lesson. Publicly humiliated himself for millions to see.
