Clearance was unfortunately a non-runner at Newton-Abbot after he planted his feet at the start.
I had a feeling he wasn't going to run, as he was very hesitant prior to the false start and then when they came back around he didn't want to know anything and decided today wasn't for him.
No harm done as we got our money back, but it would've been nice to see how he got on, especially in a race he has won twice before and the race was named after him.
Green Impact EVS (1pt) – Leopardstown 5.55
Unfortunately, other than Green Impact, nothing got me too excited for Thursday's racing, and he is very short odds for this race, but I think if the best version of Green Impact turns up, he should win this race quite comfortably.
My selection is the highest-rated horse in the race, after having a fruitful juvenile season where he finished runner-up on debut before winning his two final starts of the season, which included a Group 2 at this venue in September when beating Delacroix, who is one of the fancied runners for the Epsom Derby.
Jessie Harrington's horse went to the English Guineas at the start of May, where he ran with credit considering it was his first run of the season, finishing middle of the pack, but chances are that he will have somewhat needed the run, and given he has had a month off since, they will have had time to prime him for a crack at today's race before going for some of the Group 1 targets he has in his entry book in a month or so time.
He has some strong pieces of form in his short career to date, with beating Delacroix being the standout. The runner-up has since finished second in the final Group 1 of the season at Doncaster last year and has returned with two Group 3 victories at Leopardstown, which has left Ballydoyle with a solid chance of winning another Epsom Derby.
What is going on with this site ?
Impossible to log on and hardly any comments probably because they can’t log on.
Do Admin care or do they want the site to close ?
If Mr F could see what’s happened to his site he would be very disappointed.
Sort it out Admin !!!!!!
Anyway, for what it’s worth, following on from yesterday I thought I’d put up some other horses that tick the boxes with regards to DI & CD. Some are big prices and may be run to place rather than win by running past tired horses and picking up the pieces so could be backed in ew extra or just to place.

Yeah DC trouble loading constantly, I was beginning to think it was my getting old crud phone but no it’s taking several attempts most days 🤷
I’d suggest copy your posts folk before trying to post as if i doesn’t post it often disappears so copying it you can paste it as it usually works 2nd effort.
Good idea Recoba but it shouldn’t have to come to this.
Someone needs a kick up the hole
Apologies I missed out 1 more horse
Al Wasl Storm
DI 0.41. CD -0.42
With scores like that he would be better suited to Cheltenham rather than Epsom so probably shouldn’t have bothered putting him up.
Wtf
What’s happening to this site?

Those happy happy days of John B seems so far away now!!
😢
Just seen double carpet comments!
Great minds think alike 🥵
Snap 🫰
Ruth Carr’s runners are worth a second look as she’s won with 3 of her last 4 runners.
Touchwood in the 4.25 looks to have strong claims being a C&D winner and runs off a 3lb lower mark today and Oisin Murphy booked also catches the eye.
Currently 2/1 I’ve had a play
Great ride by Murphy to get up. Messy race though 👍
keybaar 3.20 nap well done all winners yesterday
tropical island 3.42 NB
millajess 4.33 NB
I’ll try one more but just an interest stake ew as he’s drawn in the carpark but Instant Appeal 7/1 7.30 leop is very well h’capped and if he can manoeuvre himself into a good position from his wide draw will take a lot of beating.
At least he placed so nothing lost.
Onto tomorrow
eastwatch 5.55 ew well done all winners today
