SIR ALEX FERGUSON reckons six teams could realistically win the Premier League title this season but bet365 predict it will be a two-horse race.

They offer 2-7 that a team from Manchester lifts the title and 11-10 the pair fill the top two spots in the Premier League.

Spokesman Steve Freeth said: “Fergie is the king of mind games and we wouldn’t expect the great man to come out and say it’s just between his United side and their ‘noisy neighbours’ but the early betting suggests it’s a two-horse race as opposed to six.”

Ferguson is 11-8 to win more trophies than Roberto Mancini and the pair are 33-1 to lift four between them during 2011-12.
