LAST week we were unfortunate with JASON SCRIVENER, leader at the halfway stage he shot himself in the foot on Saturday, carding a four over 76.

Sunday was a different story as he shot a 65 to finish Tied 5th and only three behind the winner. So an each-way place paying position and also a top 10 finish resulted in a small loss on the day.

This week we head to Perth for the third running of the World Super Six Perth this innovative competition.

The first three rounds are stroke play with two cuts; one after round two down to 65 players and the second cut after round three reduces the field to 24.

On Sunday the 24 players play matchplay over 6 holes so a little luck is required.

The course this week in Perth is over 7,100 yards and is a Conventional Par 72. As normal a hot putter is required but also accuracy to the greens is essential as they are large and your ball needs to be in the right place.

Three selections this week as follows;

Jason Scrivener

We will give Jason another chance on a course that will suit, as he has good memories here.

As stated last week, he's a winner-in-waiting and this week could be his breakthrough.

Lucas Herbert

The long hitting Aussie will feel at home on this course. He likes the format, finished Tied 2nd in the last two years after 54 holes and finished 9th and Tied 3rd in the knockout format.

The knockout holes will suit his game and will be there or thereabouts come Sunday.

Justin Harding

Playing with a new mental attitude this year, he finished 4th in the Vic Open last week.

He finished second in Greens In Regulation which is required this week. Only negative is his lack of course knowledge but the South African I feel can overcome that.

Slight change to bets this week, One point each-way after 54 holes and One point each way to win the tournament.

All Odds are with Paddy Power (best place paying positions)
