Our Goals Acca Tips are based on statistical analysis of recent performances.
Falkirk vs Dundee United – (Sunday, 14:00)
The first of Sunday’s three Scottish Premiership matches will see Falkirk face Dundee United.
The Bairns brought an end to a 15-year exile from the top-flight after earning back-to-back promotions.
Opponents Dundee United returned to the Scottish Premiership 12 months ago and went on to finish in fourth place.
Both teams have scored in three of the Bairns' last four home games and each to oblige again is the selection at the Falkirk Stadium.
Hibernian to Score 2+ (Sunday, 15:00)
Dundee and Hibernian will go head-to-head at Dens Park in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday afternoon.
The hosts will be looking to improve on last season’s 10th placed finish under new manager Steven Pressley.
As for Hibs, they will be aiming to replicate their success from last season, finishing best of the rest behind Celtic and Rangers.
The Hibees have hit two or more goals in each of their previous two meetings with Dundee and they look well placed to repeat the trick this weekend.
Celtic to Score 2+ (16:30)
Celtic will get their Scottish Premiership title defence up and running with a home match against St Mirren on Sunday.
Brendan Rodgers’ side cruised to a fourth Scottish top-flight crown in succession last season, finishing a distant 17 points in front of Old Firm rivals Rangers.
Meanwhile, St Mirren exceeded expectations yet again last term by finishing inside the top-six for the third season on the spin.
However, the Saints did ship two or more goals in three of their four meetings with Celtic last season, and they should suffer the same fate on their latest trip to Parkhead.
Hearts to Score 2+ (Monday, 20:00)
One of the standout fixtures from the opening weekend in the SPFL will see Hearts take on Aberdeen on Monday night.
Derek McInnes’ hosts head into this encounter with high hopes of a positive start to the Scottish Premiership season after an impressive League Cup campaign.
Aberdeen, on the other hand, will be looking to build on last season’s historic Scottish Cup triumph against Celtic.
Hearts delivered multiple goals in each of their four Scottish League Cup victories and another double may be needed to get past the Dons.
