ON my Twitter account every Saturday morning I liken the day's betting to a minefield!

The reason being, especially with Overs Accas, that there are so many games, the majority of which (if you research properly) you will predict correctly; but all it takes is one rogue game with an early sending off or a team ‘not turning up' as you expected, to blow up your entire bet!

However I'm seriously going to try and navigate the Saturday minefield by focusing on my six strongest game selections of the day.

Aberystwyth v Cardiff Met University (2.30pm)

The Welsh Premier League has been fantastic for overs games this season. Both these teams are mid-table but both score a lot of goals and concede a lot of goals.

Four of the home sides last five league games have been overs, while the away side have similar stats, but crucially they have won four of these five games by 3-0 scorelines.

Al-Rayyan v Al-Sadd (4.10pm)

This Qatar Stars League game has stats for overs that are phenomenal.

The away side in 16 games this season have scored 71 goals, that's an average of almost 4.5 team goals per game!

The home side are no slouches either having scored 14 goals in their last four games. Lets just say I expect goals in this game.

Utrecht v Excelsior (5.30pm)

To Holland's top division for the third game in the Acca. Although not a major factor in looking at overs matches, the record of overs matches between these teams is incredible; 11 of the last 12 games between the sides have been overs games.

And recent results show 3 overs games from 5 for the home side and 4 overs games from 5 for the away team.

Chorley v Ashton United (3pm)

One of my favourite leagues this season has been the English National League North due to the number of matches which produce over 2.5 goal games.

And one of my favourite teams have been Chorley who currently sit top of the league. They have seen four of the last 5 games be over 2.5 goals. The away side haven't won in three games and lost 5-0 against Chorley while at home earlier in the season.

KV Mechelen v Union St Gilloise (7.30pm)

The Belgium 2nd Division game between these sides is interesting. The away side have lost four of the last five games (3 being overs games), while the home side have won their last four games (all four being overs games).

I can see a 3-0 win for the home side in this one.

Mouscron-Peruwelz v Lokeren (7.30pm)

To me this is my Bet of the Day. The Belgian top division home side have won their last five league games, all five have been over 2.5 goals.

The away side have lost four of their last five games, but of those last five games, all five have been over 2.5 goal games.
