Day 13 of the French Open felt like a pivotal one in men's tennis as Jannik Sinner swept Novak Djokovic aside in straight sets in the semi-finals.
Upon leaving the court at Roland Garros, Djokovic took a moment to take it all in and admitted afterwards that it could have been his final time competing on Philippe Chatrier. Could the GOAT be on his farewell tour?
In the other semi-final, Carlos Alcaraz made it past Lorenzo Musetti after the Italian was forced to retire with a leg injury in the fourth set.
Day 14 is all about the women, and it's the final that most people wanted at the beginning of the tournament. First seed, Aryna Sabalenka, will take on second seed, Coco Gauff, in a repeat of the 2023 US Open final.
Ahead of the final, check out our day 14 French Open betting tips below.
French Open betting tips: Day 13
Aryna Sabalenka vs Coco Gauff over 22.5 games (21/20)
This is a mouthwatering clash between two players whose careers may well end up being defined by how they get on against each other in grand slams.
It's difficult to call a winner here. While Sabalenka is the favourite on paper, it's difficult to ignore what happened at Flushing Meadows back in 2023. The two met in the US Open final, and despite taking a one set lead, Gauff came back to down the Belarusian.
It's impossible that the scars of that night won't still be bugging the world number one, and if things start to go south in Paris on Saturday, it could play a huge part.
One thing I feel is certain here is that it's not going to be a rout either way. Neither play is the type to just roll over if the going gets tough, and their overall head-to-head record speaks volumes. They have both won five matches apiece, and it's 1-1 on clay.
What's more telling is the fact that three of the last four encounters have featured at least one tie break. This lends itself perfectly to over 22.5 games as it makes it entirely possible that 23 or more games are played, even if the match is won in straight sets.
Joe Salisbury and Neal Skupski to beat Horacio Zeballos and Marcel Granollers (17/10)
Elsewhere on Saturday, the men's doubles final will also take place, and for British tennis fans, it's a big one. Joe Salisbury and Neal Skupski are set to take on Horacio Zeballos and Marcel Granollers, with the British pair looking to add to their combined tally of five doubles grand slam titles.
Their opponents, meanwhile, have a history of losing grand slam finals, which is why we are leaning towards Salisbury and Skupski getting the job done on Saturday.
The British pair have been exceptional all tournament, dropping just two sets on the way to the final. They also have a very recent history of facing Zeballos and Granollers on a clay court. At the Italian Open last month, Salisbury and Skupski breezed past Zeballos and Granollers in straight sets, proving they have the skillset to take down the pair, who are favourites with top tennis betting sites.
