AFTER two thrilling nights of Champions League action let's hope for more of the same from the Europa League.
For the second night running seven out of eight ties went over 2.5 goals and only two teams failed to score.
There were 61 goals over the two nights – a record for a single matchday and let's hope for more of the same in the Europa League. I've picked out two trebles and have added a both to score treble from the 8pm kick-offs.
Well done to all those including alves who took overs in the 8pm kick-offs at 16-1 and to maccathered who backed overs in all games bar the one that didn't at 18-1. Also Inches had a nice 16-1 treble while Kevin Mac, SLipsTips and Scott Allot had some nice tips. SlipTips is focused on the San Siro for tonight's bets.
There are five British teams in action in the Europa League on Thursday – Benfica vs Rangers, Celtic vs Sparta Prague, Arsenal vs Molde, Ludogerets vs Spurs and Leicester vs Braga.

Rangers haven’t lost too a team from Portugal since 1986 and for some reason we always manage to get results against them. Last season we drew away to Porto and beat Braga away. Morelos scored in both games against Porto in the group stage last year and he’s only 1 goal off the European goal record for a Rangers player. He scored a header last week against Poznań and managed a few last year including two away at Feyenoord. At decent price tonight I think he’s worth backing to score a header.

Rangers didn’t get many last season. I read somewhere that over the last three full seasons Hamilton had most pens in the Premiership.

Surely you guys have some pretty good ideas on teams???
In the EL a lot depends on line-ups as sides such as Spurs, Roma and Napoli could field weakened teams.
Spurs left out Son and Kane for the 1-0 defeat in Antwerp and that made a huge difference.
Champions League teams tend to go full strength and many EL teams are weakened which can affect goal numbers.

Roma i wouldn’t touch for goals,they had a favourable game at home in their last round and drew a blank (0-0),Italian teams tend to be lazy in this competition (unless it’s Atalanta) which i can’t understand as finances in Italian football isn’t great and it’s a route to the Champs league.
