Following on from Tuesday’s winner in Anyang, Wednesday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me remain in K League 1, and I’ve highlighted another goals-based selection in one of the fixtures.

Champions Ulsan will look to climb the K League 1 table as they welcome second-placed Daejeon Hana Citizen to the Ulsan Munsu Football Stadium in a fixture that appeals to me for goals.
Kim Pan-gon have scored 25 goals across their opening 21 K League 1 fixtures this term, with 15 (60%) of them coming on home soil.
The Tigers have failed to score in just one of their previous nine league outings in front of their supporters – striking 2+ goals in three of their last four and five of their past eight – and will look to breach a DHFC defence that’s kept a solitary clean sheet across their past 10 road trips in the Korean top flight, shipping 2+ goals in three of their last four and five of their previous eight.
Hwang Sun-hong’s visitors are the third-highest scorers in K League 1 this term, slamming in 30 goals across their opening 22 matches, with 21 (70%) of them coming on their travels.
DHFC have failed to score in just one of their opening 11 away contests this campaign – notching on multiple occasions in eight (73%) of them – and will look to add to their impressive goal-tally away from home against an Ulsan backline that is without a clean sheet in each of their previous eight K League 1 fixtures.

Ulsan’s previous seven K League 1 fixtures on home soil have averaged 3.14 goals per game, with Over 2.5 Goals banking in five (71%) of them, including in four of their last five (1-2, 3-0, 1-1, 3-2 & 2-2).
Daejeon Hana Citizen’s opening 11 road trips in the Korean top flight have averaged a league-high 3.27 goals per game, with Over 2.5 Goals paying out in eight (73%) of them.
What’s more, the previous seven meetings between these two clubs at the Ulsan Munsu Football Stadium have averaged a whopping 4.43 goals per game, with six (86%) going Over 2.5 Goals – including a 2-3 victory for Daejeon Hana Citizen at the beginning of April – and I’m expecting to see more goals between these two sides on Wednesday morning.
