Following on from Tuesday’s easy winner in Elgin, Thursday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me delve into the Spanish second tier, and I’ve highlighted a goals-based selection in one of the fixtures.

Two clubs at opposite ends of the Spanish Segunda table meet at the Estadio El Alcoraz on Thursday evening as playoff-chasing Huesca entertain bottom side Tenerife in a fixture that I’m keen to attack the low goal line.

The Blanquiazules have made the net bulge in 11/17 (65%) of their league outings – including in 6/9 (67%) of their road trips – and will look to trouble a Huesca defence that is still yet to register a clean sheet in front of their supporters this season.
