IT'S a much quieter night than Tuesday with the two Champions League ties taking centre stage.

This could be a night for draws with that being my prediction for Arsenal v Barcelona and Roma v Shakhtar.

It could also be stalemate in the Premiership where Wigan entertain Bolton. Owen Coyle's Bolton Bolton were easy winners against Everton on Sunday but may have to settle for a point against a Wigan side who don't give much away these days and battled to a weekend draw at Liverpool.

The one SPL meeting could buck the trend with Dundee United expected to beat bottom dogs Hamilton at Tannadice.

United played well in the second half against Celtic on Sunday and almost levelled after trailing 2-0 at the break.

In the end they went down 3-1 but a repeat of that 45-minute showing should be good enough to take the points tonight.

The Arabs are a biggest 4-6 with Betfred and Chandler and I'll be on David Goodwillie, who netted against the Hoops, at 9-2 with Betfred to score first.

Nottingham Forest are the form side in the Championship and are sitting pretty in second place. Billy Davies' side, always strong at home, have now managed to learn how to win away and they look set to win at Scunthorpe. Forest are 4-5 with various firms.
