TODAY I've a guest blogger who loves a bet on the Team Total Goals Market. Not only that but he also managed to pick out West Brom as 10-1 winners at Anfield last night.
So it's over to Selectabet and his trixie selection for this evening. Fingers crossed he can supply us with another winner tonight.
Tonight I'll be on one of my favourite bets; a trixie (3 doubles & 1 treble) on 3 teams to score 2 or more goals.
It's a market I've had some personal success on and in fact landed a winner on Saturday by backing Wycombe, Northampton and Dundee Utd each to score 2 or more. In fact all three scored 3, in Wycombe's case 4 – If only I'd been a little bit bolder.
So, on to tonight's games. I'm steering clear of the Champions League, where both games look really quite tight. There could be goals at Celtic Park but I always think teams are inclined not to lose a first leg than they are to win it and chances are usually at a premium.
My first pick is to go with Wycombe again. Since appointing Gareth Ainsworth The Chairboys have hardly looked back. They're unbeaten in their last five and have climbed clear of trouble into mid-table and tonight's match pitches two sides at opposite ends of the form table against each other.
Bradford have failed to win since a first-leg victory over Aston Villa en route to securing a Capital One Cup Final berth. In fact their form looks abysmal when you take out those heroic League Cup performances. Their last eight league games reads W1 D3 L4. Their minds are clearly somewhere else.
Wycombe should win this one at a very appealing 7-4 (Bet365) so get on them to repeat Saturday's feat and score two or more at 11-8 with Bet365.
It would be brave man who backs Portsmouth these days. I'd even go as far as to say foolish. Nine straight defeats look to have all but sealed another relegation for the former Premier League club. Defeat at an improving Hartlepool tonight would see them slip to the bottom of the table.
Pool, under John Hughes, look a much tougher team to beat these days. Three of their four wins this season have come in their last seven games and they've scored in all but one of those. They defeated Pompey almost a month ago at Fratton Park and repeat of that 3-1 scoreline would do nicely tonight again. Bet365 go 5-6 that they'll score two or more.
Complete the treble with Stirling Albion who should grab at least a couple against East Stirling in the Third Division in Scotland. There's been goals aplenty in either sides' fixtures of late. Stirling Albion have scored 16 in the last seven while East Stirling have lost two or more in all but one of their last nine.
Stirling Albion may be bottom of the table but they've hit some form and with nine points from their last four games they're top of the home form table, ahead of Rangers. Back them to score over 2 at 4-7 with Bet365.
Selectabet's Best Bet
- Wycombe to score 2+ 11-8 (Bet365)
- Hartlepool to score 2+ 5-6 (bet365)
- Stirling Albion to score 2+ 4-7 (bet365)
- Trixie bet (3 doubles & 1 treble)

Think hartlepool 2 or more goals is 11/8 with bet 365, just had a twenty spot on the treble, it pays almost 8/1……..11/8 11/8 and 4/7
Looks interesting I’ll try that treble tonight. I like to use a Trixie on the 49’s draw and do okay off and on…
Brentford 2+
Juventus 2+
Leeds 2+
Selectabet, it’s a cracking market really and I’ll be giving your treble a shot. My own two plus tips would be Yeovil and Bournemouth.
