MANCHESTER CITY are 1-1 favourites for the FA Cup after landing a quarter-final draw with Wigan.

In a repeat of last year's final former City star Uwe Rosler's side are 16-1 with Ladbrokes to qualify.

Arsenal's odds have been cut into 5-2 while Everton are next in the betting at 5-1. City's hopes of completing the quad have been slashed again to 33-1.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Despite the short prices punters cannot see past a City victory in the FA Cup this year. We're just hoping that lightning strikes twice and Wigan do us another favour.”

Quarter-final draw: Arsenal v Everton, Man City v Wigan, Sheff Utd v Sheff Wed or Charlton, Brighton or Hull v Sunderland.

FA Cup outright (Ladbrokes)

Man City 1-1, Arsenal 5-2, Everton 5-1, Sunderland 12-1, Hull 25-1, Brighton 50-1, Wigan 66-1, Sheff Wed 100-1, Sheff Utd 100-1, Charlton 150-1.

Meanwhile, Coral have slashed Arsenal midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's odds into 4-5 from 11-8 to make Roy Hodgson's 23-man squad for the World Cup after his man-of-the-match display against Liverpool.

I think this could be a tricky one depending on the draws. If the big guns can get reduced to 1 in the semi’s, then I think theres a possibility for an upset like the Arsenal – Birmingham CF!

However, its so difficult to see past Man City at the moment, but if they get knocked out its definitely something to consider. On a personal level, would be happy to see Arsenal win it but that’s just me.

My main concern is sooner or later something will have to give with Man City as they are fighting on four fronts, i know they have a large talented squad but history says it’s a hard ask, a lot will depend if their still in champions league after Barca tie…
