Our BTTS Acca Tips are based on statistical analysis of recent performances.
Benfica vs Bayern Munich (Tuesday, 20:00)
Benfica and Bayern Munich will do battle at the Bank of America Stadium at the Club World Cup on Tuesday night.
The two teams are sitting first and second respectively in the Group C table, with Benfica on four points, while Bayern Munich have six points on the board.
Both sides have been involved in high-scoring matches across the opening two rounds of group stage action and that theme should continue in Charlotte.
After being held to a 2-2 draw by Boca Juniors, Benfica hit Group C whipping boys Auckland City for six last time out.
As for Bayern Munich, they racked up 10 strikes against the New Zealand outfit before edging out Boca Juniors 2-1.
Given that both teams are still targeting top spot in the section, goals at both ends is the call in North Carolina.
England U21 vs Netherlands U21 (Wednesday, 17:00)
England and the Netherlands will square off at the semi-final stage of the U21 European Championships on Wednesday evening.
The Young Lions produced their best performance of the tournament so far with a 3-1 win over Spain on Saturday night.
Meanwhile, the Netherlands booked their place in the semi-finals after edging out Portugal 1-0.
Given that the Dutch were shown an early red card last time out, a more entertaining encounter is to be expected when they face England.
That was certainly the case during the group phase, as both teams hit the back of the net in two of the Netherlands’ three group games.
Similarly, three of England’s four matches up until this point have seen both teams get on the scoresheet, so side with a repeat in Bratislava.
Germany U21 vs France U21 (Wednesday, 20:00)
The second of this week’s U21 European Championship semi-final ties will see Germany take on France.
Germany were the only team to come out of the group stages with a perfect return of three wins from three.
However, Antonio Di Salvo’s side survived a scare at the quarter-final stage, drawing 2-2 with Italy before going on to win the tie in extra-time.
France, on the other hand, finished second in Group C after picking up seven points from their three matches, with BTTS landing in two of those games.
The Little Blues have since seen off Denmark at the quarter-final stage courtesy of a thrilling 3-2 victory.
Given that both teams have scored in six of the pair’s eight combined matches so far, everything points towards more of the same in Kosice.
