Brighton v Man Utd
Premier League. Kick-Off 4pm, Sunday 19th August. Live on Sky Sports.
A disastrous transfer window, public arguments with his players and only 2 games into the new EPL season! Mourinho to be an ex Man Utd manager by next May is a knocking bet.
Someone high up has obviously had words because this week Jose has been uncharacteristically heaping praise on his team , but there is still some clear resentment simmering away beneath the press friendly sound bites.
In the meantime this unsettled side are still being wrongly priced up by the bookies. 3/4 away to Brighton on Sunday is not a price I would be taking at this stage for a straight win.
Mourinho is without Matic, Dalot, Herrera , Valancia or Romero on this road trip and its a possibility that Phil Jones may get his clown shoes on and take to the field. This in itself offers possibilities for Brighton.
Evens is a good price for Brighton to win or draw, the second of these eventualities being far the more likely . They are at home and playing a Man Utd with a lot ongoing on behind the scenes.
The betting angle here is not based on a strong Brighton side as they failed to excite in last weeks 2-0 loss to Watford but more on Man United's internal problems spilling onto the pitch. If they can feed the ball through top Murray then there is a possibility of a Brighton goal but I think it more probable that both sides will play a plodding and business like game and a draw is not unfeasible.

A good no-nonsense to-the-point preview.
