Burnley's EFL Championship promotion push is ticking along nicely but they face another test of nerve with a tricky trip to in-form Millwall.
The Clarets turned to Scott Parker after Vincent Kompany surprisingly landed the Bayern Munich job after suffering relegation from the Premier League last term.
Parker has already led Fulham and Bournemouth out of the Championship and he remains on track for a hat-trick with Burnley.
They've only lost one of their 12 league games so far but surprisingly sit fifth in the betting for promotion at 5/2. That looks decent value to me, especially if Parker's side can avoid a mauling at the Den.
On the face of it, Millwall look like the ultimate mid-table team in the Championship, with four wins, four defeats and four draws from their 12 league games so far.
But their recent form is more like a promotion contender, going unbeaten in their last four matches. A strong defence has been the reason for that upsurge so Burnley will need to be at the top of their game to break down the Lions.
How the bookies view it: Sitting on the fence
This is a tricky one to call with both teams in good form and it's reflected in the odds, with Betano pricing both teams at 17/10. The draw will be popular with some punters and that pays 15/8.
Recent head to head: Lions have been toothless
Burnley have been a bit of a bogey team in recent years for Millwall, with the Clarets unbeaten in the last seven meetings. But it did end in a 1-1 draw when these sides last faced off in London two seasons ago.
Players to watch: Josh the job
Burnley's forwards have struggled for goals this term but midfielder Josh Brownhill has chipped in with five. He's on the penalties for the Clarets and is 31/10 at Betano for anytime scorer.
Millwall have also struggled to find a reliable centre forward but have their own gem in winger Romain Esse. He has grabbed four goals this term and is 19/5 with Betano to add to that tally.
Probable line-ups
Zian Flemming has been leading the line for Burnley but he's on loan from Millwall so can't face his parent club. The Clarets are also set to be without Manuel Benson, Jordan Beyer, Hannes Delcroix, Hjalmar Ekdal, Lyle Foster and Aaron Ramsey.
Adam Mayor, Billy Mitchell and Tom Bradshaw are set to miss out again for the Lions but captain Shaun Hutchinson and Middlesbrough loanee Josh Coburn could return.
Millwall: Jensen, McNamara, Cooper, Tanganga, Leonard, Wintle, Watmore, Saville, Esse, Honeyman, Langstaff.
Burnley: Trafford, Esteve, Egan-Riley, Humphreys, Roberts, Brownhill, Anthony, Cullen, Laurent, Koleosho, Rodriguez.
Anything else catch the eye?
With both these teams struggling for goals of late, I'd be surprised if this was a thriller. The bookies agree as Betano price under 2.5 goals at just 4/9 while betting against BTTS is only a little better at 8/13.
There's more value in backing the half-time draw at 10/11 with Bet365 while Betfred are offering 6/5 on most goals coming after the break.
Millwall have picked up most cards in their last six matches so the 5/4 on offer at Betfred for the Lions to have most booking points looks good. I also like over 52.5 match booking points at 11/10 with the same firm.
