Dundalk will look to keep their European qualification hopes alive as they welcome 7th-placed Sligo Rovers to Oriel Park tomorrow evening in a fixture that appeals to me for goals at both ends.

Sligo have scored 30 goals across their opening 26 matches in the Irish top flight this campaign, with 14 (47%) of them coming on their travels. John Russell’s visitors have found the back of the net in 10/13 (77%) of their league outings on the road – including in each of their previous four – and they will look to breach a Dundalk defence that has registered just two clean sheets in front of their supporters in the league this season, conceding on 18 occasions.
