The Friday night action continues under the lights at Romford on Friday evening with an informative 12-race card taking centre-stage.

We enjoyed a fine time of things last week with our NAP doing the business as part of seven winners across the meeting at odds of 8/13, 8/13, 4/5, 5/2, 7/2 and 7/1.

Here's this week's preview of all of the action on Friday with our best bets for all of the action, which includes our NAP and Next Best.

6.09 Romford: Chopchop Robin (Trap One)

Been running well of late and she has shaped with promise in two recent runs in A2 company. There is more to come and she looks well drawn.

6.28 Romford: Teaboy Bruno (Trap Five)

Moving up through the grades nicely and he was very impressive last time out when winning in a stylish time. He needs to follow that up here pitched into A1 company, but he remains of interest.

6.43 Romford: Droopys Toast (Trap Six)

Showed good pace to win easily at the track last time and whilst this step into Open Race company demands more, he remains open to further progression.

6.58 Romford: Kilara Sapphire (Trap Three)

Lots to like about her win last time out. She quickened up in fine style on that occasion and stepped up in grade, her progressive profile makes her of interest.

7.18 Romford: Ballyard Hilary (Trap Six)

Lots to like about her progressive effort last week where she ran on strongly after a slow start. She is learning all the time and is a bitch to follow in the coming weeks.

7.36 Romford: Droopys Flight (Trap Four)

Nothing went right for his dog last week having been slow away and then meeting trouble in running. He was better than he showed on that occasion and can make amends here.

7.56 Romford: Huwearsdtrousers (Trap One)

Returns to sprinting and would be a player if able to replicate a stunning trial time over course and distance last month. His most important attribute is his ability to break quickly from the traps and his draw in trap one should really suit.

8.17 Romford: Shrewd Call (Trap Five)

One of the smartest sprinters around. He makes his debut at the track after a small break from action, but if anywhere near his best, he rates as the one to beat.

8.38 Romford: Ive Got Gears (Trap Four)

Holdem Lauren is a top-class bitch and will give our selection plenty to think about. However, Ive Got Gears is a classy bitch and will enjoy racing against her own sex again here. She shaped well when third to a kennelmate last time and is of interest here.

8.54 Romford: Feora Max (Trap Three)

Returned to winning ways at Monmore last time having previously finished second at Romford in January. This a tough event, but he demands respect.

9.12 Romford: Goldies Hoddle (Trap Three)

Quite simply a revelation. He provided us with a winning NAP last week and is simply a dab hand round Romford. He has won his last five starts and impressed with the manner of is three and three-quarter length win last time out. Trap three should not prove an inconvenience and he can win again.

9.28 Romford: Newinn Liz (Trap Six)

A Romford specialist who delivered for this column in fine style last week. She quickened up in the style of a smart prospect and she makes plenty of appeal here to make it two successive wins having shown good early to win her last two events. She looks the one to beat in the finale.
