It was shortee who dubbed him “amazing” after spotting bookies had made Berwick 5-4 just to score at home to Scottish League Two leaders Peterhead.
Going by the comments loads were on so it's another terrific tip. Must give andymac1980 credit too for backing Berwick at 16-1 to win and 4-1 not to lose.
Hopefully I put some people off backing Peterhead to win because they're not the same side without top scorer Rory McAllister who they have leaned on for several seasons. But I didn't expect a Berwick win when you consider there were 50 points between the teams before kick-off.
Well done to HullShaker for his winners too – him and Greg are in great form and seem to do well on quiet cards.
I prefer more choice and probably the last two nights should have been no-bet days – Wednesday will be for sure unless something flags up when line-ups are revealed for the friendlies between Wales v Trinidad and Tobago and Germany v Serbia.
Over 2.5 goals at Berwick was on my Top Treble which would have been a loser anyway with Ross County going down at Dundee United and Elgin not scoring at Clyde.

Cheers Mr F – it’s a common theme at the moment, bookies pricing up teams ridiculously high to score just because they are big underdogs to win.
In the last few weeks we’ve had Stenny away at Arbroath ( Who also won 2-0 at 16/1 ) Man U away at PSG, Wolves at Chelsea and Berwick tonight.
Hopefully the odds compilers continue to have a nightmare, particularly in Scotland
Scottish lower leagues are always a problem for them – McBookie’s Damian Walker quite often picks out big winners in his first scorers column and says no team in League 2 should be 10-1.
Bookies are taking a huge risk pricing teams at double figure odds in the lower leagues. These guys are part timers and I know it’s commonplace for guys to back against themselves when facing what the bookies have priced up as a huge underdog and making a killing. £25 at 16/1 is the equivalent of a months wages to some of them. Not saying that it’s rife but it does happen from time to time.
It happens now and again but no suggestion it happened last night.
Peterhead boys on decent money unlike Albion Rovers, Queen’s Park, etc.
Just think it’s a league where you can get shocks and biggest thing for me was Rory McAllister’s absence for Peterhead.
He’s the best player in the bottom two divisions by a country mile and can win games on his own.
You’d have to think not with Peterhead going for the title. As you say, the fact Mcallister was missing (and probably the travel) were possible reasons for the defeat. Imo Bookies are asking to be hit tho if they price teams up at double figures odds against.
They are down in League Two but probably only comes in once or twice a season.

I think this is a generous price. Partick usually score at home but are also frail defensively as their league position suggests. Both teams have plenty to play for, Partick fighting relegation and ICT for a play-off place. Don’t think this will be 10/11 come Friday.
