TWO tips from Alan on Thursday and there's also action from the likes of Newcastle and Taunton so feel free to add your own picks below.

Warwick 12.50

TALKTOMENOW is quite highly thought of by Warren Greatrex and he can build on a promising second to useful Getaway Trump at Plumpton by landing the novice hurdle at Warwick. The winner has gone on to score at Exeter and this step up in trip is another bonus.

Chelmsford 7.45

NEEDS TO BE SEEN is likely to go off a skinny price but is banker material at Chelmsford City. The ex-Joseph O’Brien gelding has done well since joining in-form John Ryan, mopping up a hurdle contest at Musselburgh. This is a weak 1m 5f maiden.

One of interest is Gordon Elliot sending Mrs Lovett over to Warwick for the 1.25, must fancy the chances and the price looks good at 4/1, might be worth seeing how the market moves and betting without the favourite could be the safer option

Not sure how to answer the question, I love horse racing in both fields I devote a lot of my time to This sport through passion and love.

I personally prefer flat racing out of personal preference.

    Since joining me fix it
    July +30.8pts
    August + 62.6pts
    September +40pts
    October +30pts
    November +49.5pts

The only stats I think are necessary to show are from my tome on mr fix it. November was all jumps selections, and although December hasn’t gone my way I’m hoping to turn it around 👍

That’s not to say if I see a flat horse here or across the seas that I think is worth it I always post them up. Have had a few good stateside winners.

In comparison Hugh Taylor’s highest last years point selection finish for Atr was + 282
Mines + 212.9 (not including December so far) and that’s just 5months

    Hope this helps?

Its a shame johnb no longer shares his racing knowledge when he still frequents the football section.
