Mar 10: Jordan’s Football Tips

Jordans_FootballTips

JORDAN has some Europa League tips to share and as always with this tournament they come with a warning even though at this stage sides will be looking to go all the way and claim that Champions League prize.

He says: It’s the Europa League so you know what the means. Things may not go according to plan and small stakes should be advised. I’m drawn to the price of Spurs – not for a win but to score.

OK, Dortmund are playing well and held Bayern to a draw on the weekend but they were battered by Munich who on another day could have easily won 3-0.

So now they host a side chasing Premier League glory in Tottenham but have dropped points over their last two games. A surprise defeat at West Ham which saw their brilliant away scoring form end (18 games) and a 2-2 draw against Arsenal despite having the one-man advantage last weekend.

As well have Dortmund have played recently they have conceded goals in the Europa League this season at home to PAOK, Krasnodar and Odd, not three teams who you’d expect much of at the Signal-Iduna.

Dele Alli is suspended so we’ll likely see the kryptonite Heung-Min Son come into the line up. The Korean has five goals against Dortmund in his career, more than any other club he’s played against. Obviously Kane will be the Spurs favourite but Son looks a big price at 4-1 against a team he’s hurt on a few occasions, as does Erik Lamela who is biggest 11-2 despite scoring six goals in the competition.

Spurs have conceded in six of their last seven in all competitions, their last seven of nine on the road, and in three of their four European away game this season at Monaco, Anderlecht and Fiorentina.

Jordan, what do you think the chances are of Basel v Sevilla also being btts mate?

Andy certainly has a chance but Sevilla will be Basels toughest test this season. I did fancy Sevilla on the Double Chance market if that helps but BTTS didn’t overly stick out despite recent stats backing it up.

Hope your exam went ok Jordan mate, hope it goes well for you, but personally would be gutted to lose you on here, follow a few tipsters on here as well as my own and on football and the US sports you account for a large chunk of my winnings, site is certainly a better place for having you on board. But you gotta do what you gotta do

Cheers mate. Appreciated. Looking back at the exam I probably made a few silly errors so you never know, they might not even hire me. For my sake that would be bad but obviously not for the members who would still like me 😂

@jordan Hope all went well yesterday with exam pal and i also hope your right about us getting an away goal tonight in Dortmund.
I think our best hope tonight may come from a setpiece and so im going to go with Eriksen (5/1) and Lamela (5/1) anytime. Might also stick the Harrikane (9/4) in as well in case we get a pen. Good luck .

Stu I watched the game against Bayern the other night and it was more open than Katie Price in her prime! If anything I think you could catch them on the break and that is where I like Son. Hope he starts.

Jordan, Bayern are better than Spurs of course. I watched the highlights and Bayern should have won but Dortmund don’t conceded many at home.

You’r not wrong Mr F but like I said, the teams that have scored here in the Europa are a shadow of Spurs.

@Jordan LOL mate (Katie price) Yeah if Son starts could be a good shout. Might add him as a cover bet for my main 3 of Eriksen Lamela and Kane.

Yes Bayern should have won in Dortmund, Muller and Robben both missed several great chances to score.

Good job I didn’t pick Lamela or Kane then :) I’m guessing Son is upfront from that line up?
