Wednesday Football Tips: Jesse Can Hurt Hammers Again

Everton were the biggest casualties in Tuesday's Carabao Cup ties, eliminated by QPR in one of three ties (out of ten) that went all the way to penalty shoot-outs.

Another nine top flight sides participate in the competition on Tuesday night with three all-Premier League ties making up tonight's fixtures.

Wolves haven't fared much better and are struggling in front of goal but this looks the kind of tie Spurs could lose so they won't have much support at 11/5.

Elsewhere, Arsenal should take care of Wimbledon at the Emirates and Rangers can put two winless matches behind by seeing-off Livingston at Ibrox in the Scottish League Cup. Add in Under 2.5 goals in Dundee v St Johnstone for a near 2/1 four-fold.
