US Open tips

It's the final Saturday at the 2025 US Open, which means one thing – it's Women's finals day at Flushing Meadows.

The contest will be between Aryna Sabalenka and Amanda Anisimova, in a battle between two women who have plenty to prove on Saturday.

On one hand, you have the world number one who is in need of a Grand Slam triumph after losing at this stage at both the Australian Open and French Open this year. On the other hand, you have the American underdog who will be battling demons after losing 6-0, 6-0 in the Wimbledon final just two months ago.

In preparation for the final, and after being just two aces away from landing our men's semi-final bet builder, we've put together a US Open women's final bet builder below.

US Open day 14 tips: Women's final bet builder

Amanda Anisimova +3.5 games (4/5)

This has been a tournament of vengeance for Amanda Anisimova, and there is no reason to believe she will suddenly become overcome by emotion again just two months after Wimbledon, considering how well she has done so far at Flushing Meadows.

In a lot of ways, Sabelenka will be feeling the heat more than her opponent. She's the world number one but she's had accusations of ‘choking' in her last two slam finals. She's expected to win, but the crowd will be ferociously behind her opponent. These things have been known to annoy and get to her in the past.

Anisimova has arguably played better throughout the tournament than Sabalenka, too. Her last two performances, wins against Osaka and Swiatek, were particularly impressive. There will be no hammering here.

Most aces – Amanda Anisimova (1/1)

One area of Anisimova's game that has been reliable throughout the tournament has been her serve. The power she generates from her first serve is one of the highest on tour, and she has shown that over the past fortnight.

Up to this point, only Naomi Osaka has served more aces than her at the US Open, with the American recording 35 in her six matches, at an average of nearly six per match. Comparably, Aryna Sabalenka has only served 24 aces across her six matches, at an average of four per match.

Logic tells us that Anisimova should record the most aces on Saturday, and when logic is offering you evens, you would be silly to turn it down.

Set 1 total break under 2.5 (6/5)

As we can see from the stats above, both of these women are good servers. Sabalenka's numbers are perhaps a little down on where you would expect them to be on her average for the season; she is serving more than five aces per match.

These free points are key, but another interesting statistic in relation to this market is that Sabalenka isn't ranking inside the top 20 women over the past fortnight for break points won. Against a demon server like Anisimova, she is unlikely to get many break opportunities, so don't expect the Belarusian to break often on Saturday, barring a Wimbledon-esque collapse.

Neither of these women ranks inside the top 20 for break points converted at the US Open, either. Therefore, we are going to see a lot of service holds on Saturday and giving ourselves two as insurance in one set at odds against is great value.

US Open day 14 tips: Sabalenka vs Anisimova treble

  • Amanda Anisimova +3.5 games
  • Most aces – Amanda Anisimova
  • Set 1 total break under 2.5
  • 7/1
