Nordsjaelland and Brondby both got off to winning starts in the Danish Superliga last weekend but something will have to give when they face off on matchday two.
These sides have been top-five regulars in the last three seasons and only five points separated them last term as Brondy finished in third, two places above Nordsjaelland.
Having come so close to winning the title in season 2023/24, last term was something of a disappointment for Brondby as they were never really in the title reckoning.
But they started the new campaign in style, easing to a 3-0 home win over Silkeborg on a frustrating day for Slips Tips as he banked on goals at both ends.
Nordsjaelland also got three points on the board as they saw off Fredericia 3-2 on the road, with two bets landing for our man Vladimir.
They will now be hoping home advantage can help them see off Brondby and could be helped by the fact their opponents were in Conference League qualifying action against Torshavn on Thursday night.
How the bookies view it: Brondby have the edge
There's not much between these teams but BoyleSports make Brondby 11/10 favourites, with Nordsjaelland at 6/4 and the draw paying 5/2. With Brondy coming off the back of a Euro game on Thursday, the home win looks pretty tempting at those odds.
Recent head to head: Quick on the draws
Three of the four meetings last season ended in draws, after Nordsjaelland romped to a 4-1 home win over Brondby. Right To Dream Park hasn't been a happy hunting ground for Brondby of late, with four defeats and two draws in their last six visits.
Players to watch: Prince is looking regal
Prince Amoako is the latest youngster from Ghana to make the breakthrough at Nordsjaelland. The 18-year-old scored last weekend and is 15/8 at Bet365 to grab another goal.
Brondby have their own young gun in Filip Bundgaard, who has been tasked with filling the boots of Mathias Kvistgaarden after his summer move to Norwich. The 21-year-old scored a double last weekend and is 7/5 for anytime scorer here.
Probable line-ups
After winning starts last weekend, both teams should be along similar lines for this game Neither manager has any fresh injury or suspension worries.
Nordsjaelland: Lykke, Ankersen, Salquist, Hogsberg, Walker, Brink, Rojkjaer, Yirenkyi, Egeli, Amoako, Berthelsen.
Brondby: Pentz, Lauritsen, Klaiber, Alves, Wass, Divkovic, Kohlert, Nartey, Vallys, Bundgaard, Bischoff.
Anything else catch the eye?
Both these sides netted three times in their opening fixture so it bodes well for a few goals. Both meetings at Right To Dream Park last term saw four goals or more so that makes over 3.5 strikes worth consideration at 5/4 with BoyleSports.
Both teams to score also came up in three of last season's four meetings so it could pay to combine BTTS with over 2.5 goals, although the odds aren't great at 8/11. Backing over 1.5 first-half goals is a bigger price at 5/4.
Brondby and Nordsjaelland won just two corners each last weekend so under 10 flag kicks looks appealing at 6/5, with that bet landing in two of the four meetings last term.
