BRAZIL headed into Qatar 2022 as favourites to lift the World Cup so it will be fascinating to see what they're made of in this intriguing Group G opener with Serbia.
Tite's side went unbeaten in South American qualifying and have the firepower to blow away their rivals in the shape of Neymar, Vinicius Junior, Richarlison, Gabriel Jesus and Raphinha.
They've also been mean in defence, conceding just five times in 17 qualifiers, and have plenty of experience throughout the squad so it will take a good team to stop them.
The Brazilians shouldn't have too much trouble progressing from a section that also includes Switzerland and Cameroon, with our man Slips Tips backing Neymar to light up the group.
But he also reckons Serbia will go through and this opener might be tricky for the samba stars if they turn up thinking it will be a stroll.
Dragan Stojkovic also has some pretty impressive weapons at his disposal with Dusan Tadic providing the service for some deadly strikers.
Aleksandr Mitrovic is a fitness doubt but even if the Fulham star fails to make it, the Serbs will pack a punch up top thanks to Juventus hitman Dusan Vlahovic and Luka Jovic of Fiorentina.
How the bookies view it
Serbia have been written off for this one and are as big as 33/5 with SBK. Brazil are Highbet's 41/100 favourites and they price the draw at 67/20.
Head to head
These sides faced off at the last World Cup and it was pretty easy for Brazil as goals from Paulinho and Thiago Silva sealed a 2-0 victory. The only other meeting also ended in a Brazilian victory as they came out on top 1-0 in a 2014 friendly.
Players to watch
With so much firepower at his disposal, it's hard to predict who will feature in attack for Tite. But Neymar is a certainty to start and the PSG star is in brilliant form. He's 123/100 with Highbet for anytime scorer while McBookie price him at 2/1 for an assist.
Serbia warmed up for the finals by battering Bahrain 5-1 last week, with Vlahovic among the scorers. The Juventus hitman is 18/5 with William Hill for anytime scorer.
Anything else catch the eye?
We've seen plenty of penalties so far in the World Cup, with four awarded in the first four games. Refs seem to be cracking down on grappling at corners while the handball rule remains as baffling as ever so backing another penalty here appeals at 43/20 with Unibet.
The Serbs could stick the boot in as they bid to knock Brazil off their stride so the card markets are worth a look. Highbet price over 4.5 cards at 21/20 but there's more value going for individual cards. Nemanja Gudelj has picked up six yellows for Sevilla this season and is 5/2 with Bet365 for another card here.
We should see goals in this one, with over 2.5 strikes a best 5/6 at VBet and BTTS a bit better at 39/40 with SBK.
