GERMANY will aim to complete their World Cup 2022 qualifying campaign with a seventh win on the spin when they face Armenia on Sunday evening.

The Germans are a nation which seem very much on an upward trajectory after Hansi Flick became the first Germany coach to win his first six games in charge.
Last time out, Germany hit Liechtenstein for nine without reply and they will smell blood when they come up against an Armenia side staring down the barrel of elimination.
The hosts head into the game off the back of a humbling 5-0 home defeat at the hands of North Macedonia on Thursday night.
Joaquín Caparrós' side could still mathematically qualify for next year's showpiece but it would take nothing short of a miracle for the Mountaineers to secure a top-two berth in Group J now.

The Germans have been a resurgent force under the stewardship of Hansi Flick and they should have too much class for an Armenia outfit who were dispatched 6-0 by Deutschland in September's reverse fixture.
Germany have since notched up 4, 4 and 9 strikes in three of their subsequent four fixtures and that does not bode well for the out-of-sorts Armenians who are winless in each of their last six section outings.
What's more, the landlocked hosts have posted just one clean sheet across their last six Group J assignments, while Germany have banged in an eye-watering 27 goals across the same stretch of pool fixtures.
With that in mind, I'm more than happy to merge a German win and over 2.5 goals here, but in order to boost the odds, I'll back the free-scoring guests in the race to five corners.
Flick's preferred system focuses on width, with Germany hitting five or more corners in all but one of their six outings under the tutelage of the former Bayern Munich manager to date.
