ITALIAN giants AC Milan and Roma contest the first leg of their Europa League quarter-final tie at the San Siro on Thursday night.
The two sides are currently separated by three places and 13 points in the Serie A standings, with Milan in second spot while Roma are sitting fifth.
Stefano Pioli's side started the season in the Champions League before dropping down into the Europa League, where they have since seen off both Rennes and Slavia Prague.
The Rossoneri have run into a rich vein of form domestically of late, with their 3-0 win over Leece on Saturday extending their winning run to five matches in the Italian top-flight.
Roma have also been upwardly mobile in recent months, having lost just twice in 15 outings across all competitions since replacing Jose Mourinho with club legend Daniele De Rossi.
