TUESDAY'S card was big but myself, Greg Browning and Desmond all managed to land our main bets – so hopefully it was a good night for many on the site.
I posted two Super Singles – Barcelona -2AH and Chelsea -2 AH – at 5-4 and 17-10 and they sailed in. My both to score treble won at 33-10 thanks to late goals by Millwall and St Mirren to move the accumulators back into the black.
Wimbledon beat the Top Treble with a shock defeat at home to Dagenham and Bayer Leverkusen downed the early double I put up with Zenit.
Greg's nap as usual came up at 19-20 with over 2.5 goals at Crawley-Northampton and his 5-6 NB trapped too with over 2.5 goals at Swindon v Walsall.
His only loser was an over 2.5 goals treble that produced two out of three and let down by Bradford v Coventry.
And to complete a good night Desmond landed his 5-2 teams to score 2+ double thanks to Gillingham and Peterborough.
For those signed up to the forum my Bet of the Day (Barcelona/Chelsea double) won at 9-10 and the Betting Club selection was Peterborough to score 2+ at 8-11. That means £17.27 rolls over to Wednesday's bet.
Nathan Ufton and jacksonator are leading the £10 Bank Building Challenges and it's good to see 400 or so comments on those topics.
There are another eight Champions League ties and not much else tonight and I've posted a separate Euro preview.
After much thought I've decided to put after two Super Singles – Real Madrid to win and Zlatan Ibrahimovic to score first for PSG at Malmo.
Real were shocking in their 4-0 defeat to Barcelona at the weekend but credit to their rivals who were back to their best and followed up with a 6-1 mauling of Roma last night.
Rafael Benitez was given a vote of confidence after Saturday's loss and we'll find out tonight if the players are still on their side as they head to Shakhtar Donetsk. Gareth Bales and James Rodriguez are fit and there are suggestions Cristiano Ronaldo is going to be played through the middle. If that's the case he's a good shout for first scorer at 31-10 with 888sport.
But for the first SS it's simply Real to win and seal their last-16 spot against a side who have lost three of their last four matches and were beaten 4-0 in the Bernabeu.
It will be an emotional night for Ibrahimovic who returns to face his first club in Sweden for the first time. He's a huge hero in Malmo and has said he'd love home fans to chant his name after scoring a hat-trick. Some chance unless it finishes 4-3 to the home side.
Malmo have a good home record but PSG's extra quality and the Zlatan factor should see them through and it's written in the stars for Ibrahimovic to score first or at least score.
Away from the Champions League the only two games I've looked at are Boreham Wood v Lincoln in the National League and Ajaccio v Guingamp in the French League Cup.
Lincoln are enjoying a decent campaign and having climbed to into the play-offs spots at the weekend they'll be looking to win their game in hand and climb to third. Boreham are fifth bottom with just two home wins in 11 so the away at 13-8 with bet365 has a chance.
Ajaccio are four points below Guingamp in Ligue 1 but have won their last four against Bastia, Reims, Bordeaux and Nice. Guingamp have lost just one of their last six so while I'd favour the home at 9-5 with William Hill it's a cup clash so team news is the key if anyone has some.
