GOALS saved the day with a second both to score treble in two days making me a small profit.
I've got to thank Werder Bremen for keeping it alive with a 90th-minute equaliser at Freiburg and it was 1-1 in the late Italian game at Genoa by half-time to bring in a 33-10 winner.
That made up for Napoli's crazy result against a previous pointless Chievo downing the Super Single and Atalanta downing the Top Treble.
Well done to all the winners and let's hope that Copa Libertadores final is played some time soon.
On Monday the Premier League offering is Burnley v Newcastle. It's bound to be tight but I fancy the visitors to take something away from Turf Moor. If I get a chance I'll put up a preview.
We also have Real Sociedad v Celta Vigo in La Liga, Cagliari v Torino in Seria A and not much else with the European games starting on Tuesday as we look ahead to a busy week.
I'd been eyeing a both to score double then saw wasclueless has put it up so let's go for it. First up it's the game at Cagliari's last four and Torino's previous five have saw both scoring and on the h2hs in Sicily there have been 22 goals in five meetings with four bringing up btts and all five going over 2.5 goals.
Slightly less impressive stats for the the Sociedad game but Celta's last four have totalled 18 goals while on the h2hs five of the last six have brought up btts.

I’ve picked out Carshalton twice this season and both the team and their games didn’t let me down on thd goals front – a visit from table-topping and free-scoring Dorking certainly adds an extra bit of appeal!

MY eyes lit up when I saw that my two favourite Belgium Reserve sides were playing each other tonight. Been backing both Kortrijk and Sint Truiden for the last few seasons and they very rarely let me down with an extremely high % of their games seeing at least 4 goals. Expecting more of the same tonight

There’s not much left for me to say about these two that I haven’t already said over the a last few seasons – they just love goals
Kortrijk travel here in terrific form and they landed my NAP again last Monday. There has been an abundance of goals in their matches – 9 of their last 12 have seen at least 4 goals and the great thing about this league, teams concede just as many as they score.
When you look back, 35 of their last 45 matches went over 3.5 goals which is incredible (78%) and of those games, 21 went over 4.5
Sint Truiden are just as impressive on the goals front, they are the leagues top scorers, 9 of their last 12 have seen both sides score with their last 10 matches seeing 47 goals scored.
Both these sides despite their high positon in the league, their goal difference is disappointing and that’s purely down to the fact neither side can defend, both conceded almost as many as they have scored
The last few meetings between the sides also make interesting reading (29 goals scored in the last 6 matches) 2-6 4-1 2-0 2-2 3-3 4-1. There is no reason to think we wont see another goal glut especially as both sides are scoring and conceding for fun at the moment. Both sides to contribute

Hibs look 50-50 for a top-half finish at the moment.
On paper they are better than Killie and St Johnstone but results have been poor.
You’d think they’ll improve but Saturday was bad to lose a 2-0 lead and draw at home to Dundee.
My thoughts exactly mr f, i was only bothered about hibs getting the win at the weekend, would have traded all the others losing to get those 3 points and more importantly a confidence booster, which they really need right now. Thought it was in the bag at 40 mins, throwing away that 2 goal lead was almost criminal. Do you know if hibs are likely to spend in the january window mr f?
I think there is always money there to strength. Lennon has been the most backed manager financially in Hibs history, Kamberi was a major coup and Ambrose will be on a fair wedge.
If he wants someone the board will do all they can to make it happen – so yes, I think they will strength
